Hi together
So, i'm using the Daemon Controller.
That are my settings:
Wake:
Min: 806400
Max: 1200000
Screen off:
Min/max: 122060
This allows a very good performance.
My question now:
Deeper frequenzy = longer battery life? (Especially in the sleep modus!)
When yes: Are there any problems by using the lowest frequenzy in the sleep modus?
Thanks for all answers!

If I am not wrong, if you make the frequency too low, your device might not wake up from sleep at all!
Phone: Desire HD
ROM: JellyTime_R31
AW: Daemon Controller save battery

Yes, since you use the launcher to access everything else and it's running all the time.

Can anyone explain me the advantages of Project Butter?
What does Google achieve by limiting the frame rate at 60fps??
If a device can go beyond that, won't it be smoother??
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Not exactly. If the device is jumping through diffrent FPS like 60 to 38 to 49 to 28 frames the devices UI will look laggy and choppy. Ie speed ups and slow downs.

It is locked at 60fps unless your device lags.

I think screens of phones usually can't run at fps higher than 60.

Its like using vsync on your pc. Limiting the max fps to the refresh rate.

This is the best answer.
The refresh rate of the screen is 60hz.
Meaning the screen updates what is displayed 60times per second so while it is possible to go over 60fps there is no need because the screen can only show 60 changes a second

I also means that say a it can run at more then 60 FPS and its not means all the power is now used to keep it at a steady FPS making it much smoother,

If you have super human eyes then yes. The average human can only see at about 20fps so even 60fps is overkill. No need to drain more battery for a few frames

true that
you can see between 10 - 12 FPS as single images.
older films where played at either 24 or 25 FPS, the hobbit was 48 FPS.
