Hi guys,I extracted the apk of message from CM nighlty.
It work perfectly with JB Sense 4+.
I tested it on ViperXJB and it works fine!
INSTALLATION
Put mms.apk in sd card
Rename mms.apk in Message.apk(big M)
With Root Explorer(or similar) put this file in system/app and overwrite the stock Message.apk(if you want to return back,save before the stock Message.apk)
Reboot

In ICS, the AOSP (cm/aokp) mms app didn't function properly on ICS sense roms. Sending an mms caused the app to force close if i remember correctly but I will try with this. Thanks!

Hey tony. So first I had just installed the mms.apk from this thread like a regular app, this installed fine, the app opens and sms worked but MMS didn't work. I then did as you suggested and replaced the stock message.apk with the apk in this thread using solid explorer (after renaming it of course) - then the app would just FC every time I tried opening it. I then re-installed mms.apk and I am back to square one.
Let me know if you can figure out how to get mms messages working. Thanks!

First,I wanna say thanks to PaWill which port this awesome UI from GS3 to other device..
It's not ported by me.
So,this is what I did to make TW UX working on my i9000:
1)First,download this zip which contains SecLauncher.apk and a .lib file: http://www.mediafire.com/?8n1kf4cvjhacr1d
2)After that,put in /system/app and install SecLauncher.apk and give to it rw-r-r permissions
2)put the .lib file in /system/lib and give to it rw-r-r permissions too
3) download "LCD Density"(or similar apps) and change DPI from 240 to 210.
4)reboot and enjoy

Ok I only got yahoo news widget working, the others do not appear on the widget selector except for yahoo stocks that loads for 2 secs and then it turns grey and says cannot load widget.

keyboard is called latimimegoogle.apk. it can be found in your system/app folder

I tried this messenger and can't get it to work.
I'm having a bit of trouble. I'm running Embryo 6.8 and can't seem to get anything to work that I like. What I think I had was the Jelly Bean mms that was working with 6.6. I installed the full 6.8 and didn't back up my mms and lost it. Dang it if I can't find the apk anywhere and my recovery says md5 mismatch.
I have found some that I may like, however they are named Mms.apk and not SecMms.apk. What's the difference and what do I need to do to get something to work? Flashing and changing the name doesn't work. The non flashing ones I've found haven't worked either. I'm not sure what to do. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you give us a break down in how the hangouts with sms works? Does it integrate your sprint number so you now have to keep data on to recieve text? I haven't tried it yet for that reason i had a terrible time once trying to undo Google voice sms. Thx

To fix the Google Now fc when searching you need to add the extracted file to your /system/lib/

Is someone interested to have appdrawer in lg home?
I've ported home Ux6 for other lg phone (tested v20 g5 g4 g3 G2) I've add appdrawer and 6x5 grid too...

I've ask and as for g5 if Select appdrawer you use home ux4 not Ux6. This mean less functions.
With mine appdrawer on Ux6. Can select in home option if want with our without appdrawer and home icons rearrange...
Oh okay to be fair this is my first LG device and I had assumed it was the UX 6 hehe sorry!

Ok seems you are installing as 3rd part app...

About ux4 vs 6 don't know which version of ux4 you have and what's inside. You can say comparing option and look the differences

Is it not possible you not relabel the app name from HOME to something else so that we can install it without clashing

You could attempt decompiling it, renaming it and then recompiling it after renaming. I'd assume that would make it so it's installable without crash.
