I've reflashed my rom and my phone is now working But how will i install the previous zip file without getting the same problem. Should i do a wipe b4 flashing??
That .zip (honeycomb music.apk) is mainly for GB ROMs. I think a pre-rooted froyo does not have the libs, maybe that's causing the problem.
After i wanted to increase wildfires internal memory by this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1233340 everything was fine but then my phone couldnt connect to mobile network operator and i tried to flash new rom but now im stuck in recovery (i tried to flash miui bet 4) when i want to reboot system it goes to white screen and then comes back to recovery.
Can anybody tell me what can i do now?
Im sorry for mu english ..
Go back to stock recovery:
Code:
Reverting back to Stock
- Formatting all the 3 partitions. (i.e. /cache, /data, and /system)
- You will then need to flash a "Stock" Clockworkmod Recovery Image. Links (and procedure to flash) available in the Index Thread
Nothing happened
Did you flash a new ROM after following the steps mentioned above?
Just change mtdpartmap.txt to 250 40 then redo the whole process.
Wipe.
Flash bravo recovery.
Reboot recovery.
Install rom.
flash bravo boot.
Reboot.
After flashing a new rom you must flash bravo boot when already using a custom mtd and if the roms system folder is bigger than your mtd it'll get stuck at the splash screen.

Maybe somebody can say how i can get stock recovery or smt in very easy way if it is possible
If you want to go back to stock just download and flash recovery... I personally prefer fastboot method for flashing recovery or radio..

Yes thanks but i have no idea how to do that .. im reading but i cant do that
Get fastboot and adb tools from the given link in the post..
Now download the recovery for our wildfire which is also linked...
Extract the tools as well as recovery.img in the same folder..
Now open the folder in cmd and write " fastboot flash recovery recovery.img " and press enter...
P.s. i am issuming that you have the drivers installed.. or else you will have to inatall them too... In order to check if your mobile is connected correctly when you open the tools folder in cmd type " adb devices " and see if your device is listed.

**Stuck in Bootloops, Cant Pass the HTC welcome Screen
ok, calm down, everyone has this problem while flashing, i get it so many times, they can cause by the following reasons
bad flash
wrong rom
you forgot to flash the kernel
wrong kernel
messed up the order in flashing
ok,
1.Bad flash-this occurs if the .zip file is corrupted
solution:= re flash the ROM, if still no, download the file again and try
2.wrong ROM- u may have downloaded a ROM that is not for ur device or a ROM which is of not ur description
for example u might me a PRIMO C device/CDMA and u downloaded a PRIMO U/GSM ROM
3.Wrong Kernel-Kernel is the link between ur software and hardware, if u flash the wrong one like the case mentioned above , download the correct one and re flash
4.[ FLASHING YOUR KERNEL SHOULD BE THE LAST STEP][UNLESS U HAVE A S-OFF DEVICE]

flashing a kernel should be the 1st step mate.. soo u can directly go into recovery after kernel flashing and then proceed with rom and gapps flashing... how on earth are you supposed to go to fastboot from recovery ehh? 1st booting than fukn waiting on the boot screen...
all this voids if u use twrp still.. flashing kernel 1st is highly recommended always and everywhere

I hope I get a fairly quick response to this Followed some advide in that thread, flashed a kernel (I thought) using the All In One Tool, ever since, I've been stuck in a bootloop. Obviously I have access to my bootloader and TWRP (thankfully). My recovery backup returns the same results though.
Im new to this so I'll try toprovide all the info I can.
Followed the TUT on how to Unlock Bootloader and Root 2 days ago.
Yesterday, using the All In One tool, flashed TWRP onto phone.
Was unable to Flash AOKP JellyBean 4.1.2 so I asked for help again (ROM was flashed, but stuck on Initiating Swagger Boot)
Tried using All-In-One to flash (what I thought was) a kernel, since then, my phone just boots continuously or not at all (depending on if I wipe or whatnot)
While at work, I was able to Flash the AOKP rom and Boot into it, but after about 1 minute of use, it reboots.
This is where I'm at now.
My bootloader says
***UNLOCKED***
PRIMOC PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT- 1.57.0000
RADIO- 1.00.05.0929
eMMC-boot
Jun 18 2012, 10:22:43
I'm using the latest version (2.3.3.) of TWRP
Is there anyway I can find, and delete, the boot.img I flashed with All-In-One, that caused this bootloop?
Thanks again for helping.

I've been trying to downgrade the Radio but for some reason, even that isn't working. So I'm currently unable to go back to the stock rom, can't flash any roms, can't do anything but be in the bootloader and be sad.
I have HTC Desire 600 working on 4.1.2...with build number 1.16.401.3
HBOOT version 1.02.0001
Rooted and Bootloader unlocked with S ON!
I tried to update my phone but it couldnt work and then i downloaded file from xda(stock rom-1.20.401.3) and manually flashed it from zip on sd card via CWM Recovery. My mistake was this that i didnt wipe data/factory reset before flashing new rom...but then i am stuck at the boot screen where HTC and BeatsAudio logo comes...My phone is unable to start. I the tried repeating the process again and again, but of no use..
I dont have Nandroid backup either...:crying:
now my phone goes into bootloader or recovery or that boot screen just...:crying:
Now i need help from anyone of u that what should i do to make my phone working...Any methods to flash some rom with S-ON?
Please guide me and u can give me links for the rom or recovery or whatever here...It doesnt matters whether its custom rom or stock or official...I just need my phone to be in a working condition.
How should i install the rom now with S-ON or how to S-OFF if anyone can help me out...
Thanks in advance...Hope to hear from you people soon

It still persists..Let me tell you from beginning.
1. Went into CWM recovery and formatted cache, dalvik cache and wiped to factory reset.
2. Then clicked on 'install from zip' and installed the rom which you gave in other thread,,,i.e.
Signed JB 4.1.2 HTC Desire 600 Sense5 rooted v.1.16.401.3 - https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B6WB.../preview?pli=1
3. Then rebooted the device into bootloader and clicked Fastboot.
4. Extracted the rom file and copied the boot.img to fastboot folder.
5. Then opened the CMD window and gave the command fastboot flash boot boot.img
6. Got this message there
sending 'boot' <16383KB>... OKAY [2.719s]
writing 'boot'... OKAY [1.938s]
finished. total time: 4.672s
7. Then click on REBOOT from bootloader.
8. Device rebooted but still stuck on that HTC with beatsaudio logo...Can't get out of it...
NOW TELL WHERE I AM DOING THE PROCESS WRONG?
REMEMBER MY BOOTLOADER IS UNLOCKED WITH S-ON..
Can downloading kernels from htc dev website help in any way or relocking once again bootloader?

Sorry but my first thought would have been the same as you, 24ky, to flash the boot.img with fastboot. I know nothing about the Desire 600 but perhaps you can't install ROMs without s-off. A perfect example of why people need to make backups before rushing into flashing ROMs.

Now when i want to go back to stock, i restored my backup but my phone is stuck over HTC bootscreen,I even flashed the stock boot.img. Now, I have no idea how do i proceed ahead:crying:

Oke flash this recovery

Okay! Then what should i do nest sir? and another problem which i forgot to mention is recovery isnt mounting the sd card
Then use this recovery to mount
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yqzlpqo8illa53j/Philz recovery 5.15.9.img
And you can use this recovery for every rom except kitkat roms !
Sent from my HTC One X using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
is there no way, which can give me my phone in working condition immaterial wheather will it be rooted or not later. Because i want to get out of this as soon as possible as my phone is stuck at boot screen since hours
Yeah flash philz 5.15 from my link, flash the boot.img from a sense 5 rom, make a full wipe and install the rom !
And if it bootloops you boot it into the recovery and let the battery charge in there, otherwise you will have another problem very soon !
Sent from my HTC One X using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Okay:fingers-crossed:! So the procedure of flashing the recovery remains the same inspite having a recovery present in the system ?
Yes rename the file to recovery.img
Then flash :
Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Fastboot erase cache
Sent from my HTC One X using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
is it necessary to install stock rom? or it is even fine with custom rom by philz recovery ?
You can use any custom rom you like, or indeed use the stock rom.
If you wish to restore your backup it's recommended to flash the boot.img and the recovery.img from the nandroid backup folder, make a full wipe and restore the backup

what do you mean exactly ? on the running software ? inside recovery ?
No.....I had kept my phones power down and left it over to charge but after a long time i noticed that charging sign which was not present before, but anyways it didnt boot ahead
I m flashing the recovery now as the phone is quite charged.
It shows assert failed : getprop and lot many things and finally gives installation aborted . Did it from philz Recovery.
What rom again ? Philz 5.15 only supports NON kitkat roms ! Any sense 5 rom should be flashed fine with that recovery. Otherwise take the TWRP i linked before !

It is inst mounting the sd card. Should i restore the backup by flashing the boot.img of stock rom? And secondly it shows something like this when I perform wipe dalvik cache.
