Wifi tether problem - Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey anyone else have trouble getting wifi tether to work on their note 2? Mine keeps coming up with errors.

Help with running apps

I'm having problems running Pandora and other applications similar to this I noticed the only way they run is by connecting to wifi I am running is this rom

Not sure what that is. I also get an error every once in a while that says something about no.duck sound... Or something like that.

My Galaxy Note 2 Autorotate Problem

I've been issues lately with my device. Screen does not autorotate. Did a test Pls see screen shot. Any help would be appreciated.
