I am on stock deodexed rom by as i9000.
I have noticed that there is no clock in status bar of lock screen.
I know I can enable it in settings but that will come in normal display.
I don't wanna use custom status bar.
Is there any way I can enable it.

There's an option in CM7 to hide clock from the status bar. But, I was wondering if there's an app that hides clock only when the home screen and lockscreen are shown. Like on older feature phones when you enter menu, clock appears and when you go to start screen it disappeares.

any suggestions, I would like to hide the clock from status bar...
this would have to be built into the statusbar because as far as i know no external app can control the statusbar directly. (i've been trying)
probably not the answer you were after but hey it's an answer.
Pvy.
So with AOKP we have the weather option that is sweet but its only whenever you pull the status bar down, i would like to have a link up in the bar as a constant notification option like on weather bug. Anyone know how to do this?
Run theweathernetwork app... it has a option to have a constant notification.

I remember one of the first ROMs i flashed on my nexus was Code Name Android, and it had the option to hide the navigation bar on the lock screen only.
is this something that can easily be implemented into JB? i noticed it was taken off of ROMs because it interfered with incoming calls when the screen was on (wasn't able to answer call) just curious if it was ever fixed or if this is a simple mod that i could do myself with some layout tweaks or something.
anyone have a clue?
I use Widgetlocker - lock screen replacement app, and it has an option to hide the navigation bar. I highly recommend it, very customizable with tons of sliders/themes to choose from and is very light on using system resources and draining battery.

you sure about that? i know it has the option to hide the navigation bar buttons, but the black bar is still there.
i want the wallpaper to go from the notification bar all the way down to the bottom of the screen.

Oh okay. If that's the case then you'll need to go a different route. Widgetlocker just blacks it out.

Its not quite as bad on the device as it blends into the bottom of the phone but still not using the complete screen.

Hello
I have recently started to use Xposed Tweaker to make my status bar transparent but have noticed something a little annoying
As you can see, because of the tint on the lockscreen, it makes the status bar more transparent than the lockscreen
So I want to get the tint on the lockscreen to go away. I am using a touchwiz rom 4.1.2.
TIA

I'm currently using Nova on my Galaxy, and I'd like to know how I could remove the alarm clock info, the taskbar(if could make it transparent that would be fine also), the T-Mobile text (it doesn't show in the picture, but it's there), and the way when I pull down it shows that useless box/outline. I'd prefer to keep Nova as well. I don't want anything on my lock screen.

Are you rooted?

Nova doesn't control the lockscreen at all, look in the system settings for lockscreen options. And if your ROM supports transparent notification's bar then under Nova settings (May be a Nova Prime only feature) there should be an option for transparent notification bar support.
Yes, I'm rooted.

There's no in system lock screen option to make it transparent, or at least I can't find it. In nova there is, but it only makes it transparent in the home screen, not lock screen.
