The galaxy is lagging like hell
Free ram is about 60 just
Idk but gameloft games lag like hell
I searched for anwsers but there wasn't a specific one
I want a stable version pics or job and running games smooth and no devices are off
Cuz I need my camera ;/

Have you tried Bagux Rom v4 by 7amada...? It is the best one right now according to me...doesnt lag at all with seeders and is smoother...

No, actually i prefer not supercharging, supercharge give you GREAT(I MEAN REALLY GREAT) multitasking, which on the other hand gives you less power for hard gaming.
Seeder gives you perfect performance and is supposed to give a better battery life(didn't notice a change in battery) so i think it is FANTASTIC tweak
and for the record (not being arrogant) i have improved that rom to give good gaming, good multitasking and it has some battery tweaks, the only problem is that the GB doesn't support the latest GPU drivers, so some games (not all) has some minor graphic bugs
Try going the pristine way, i suggest using CM10 because i simply love that rom.
While using CM9 RC2. Try using kernels with bigmem or maxmem. If you dont take picture at all, use maxmem all the way.
I suggest hadi's bigmem. More memory, less hassle. And its lulzactive is great for gaming. Use seeder v7. These 2 should get you going enough.

I'm currently running CM7.2 RC1 which runs amazingly and hardly uses any battery at all. Is anyone else using this ROM and tried installing Adrenaline Mod, Supercharged V6, or EXT4 all? I've tried but I haven't seen any performance increases after applying them. Does RC1 have them built in already?

If there is no performance improvements that you can see from installing the mods then I don't see a need to install the mods.
CM does not have any of the mods you listed. ext4 support has been added to the ramdisk of cm7 a few months back but it's not quite the same as the mod as it doesn't actually convert the filesystems like the mod does.
Do you use any of the mods? If you have, have you noticed any boots in performance?

I use ext4 and adrenaline. Ext4 is better internal memory management so no real user-end improvements, adrenaline has helped to speed things up for me. I feel like I can underclock a little bit more with it on.
What is your max clock now? Right now I'm down to stock speed again because I don't see a boost with being overclocked.

I found stock speeds (245/998) in setcpu or cm settings was best.
I hate to sound like a broken record but if you don't see an improvement with it being overclocked then the only other reason would be bragging about better benchmarks. Phone will run cooler at stock, more stable and probably better battery too.
And depending if you're running the kernel with cm7.2 or another kernel there are also governor settings to play with.
Thanks for your input! Now my only issue is how to check to see what is keeping my phone awake while the screen is off. Are there any apps or another way to check this? I'll attach a screenshot once I'm at a PC.

Just bought the game earlier (well you can't really go wrong with 25c) and performance is just downright terrible. O knew about the framerate issues, but didn't know it was this bad. Is there nothing I can do about it?
I'm running omega v27 btw with the latest version of siyah and overclocked cpu/gpu or not, it runs bad. I see some people posting that it runs great on their s3 but I fail to see how that's possible unless jellybean has a performance penalty (doubt it though as everything else runs fine)

I tried reflashing the kernel used by omega and yeah, performance did improve. But it still stutters randomnly. I wonder if this is the game at its best for android devices, or if I can still squeeze out some more frames

My feeling is that this game doesn't perform well in Omega, not with Siyah and not with stock kernel. Having the best results with the official odexed DLIB.
Odd the game works fine on my phone from what I have played, I`m on stock rom and stock kernel.

I think omega 27 JB doesnt use updated mali drivers..iv read that somewhere i just cant remeber..i noticed it when i played dead trigger on stock ics i had the ultra graphics settings but when i updated to omega 27 i only get to have high graphics settings on dead trigger. it seems to be gpu drivers used in jb or omega.
I'm using checkRom v5.5 with hacked stock kernel, and it's v much playable. Fps could be better, but it's fine.
Not that I have on my S3 but on my desire I used chainfire's app (edit:chainfire3d) to get GTA3 working on it. Maybe try that?

I use NFS Most Wanted with XXJW4 Value Pack with Semaphore 2.7.4sc with 800-1300MHz CPU, and it works flawlessly.
I tried this game on CM10 too, but it often faces micro lags , like the fps frops drastically for 4-8 secs , then goes back to smooth. This is observed on Semaphore 2.5 , Devil 1.7.5 and Mackay Kernel 0.78 with CPU set to 800-1000MHz with 14% Live OC.
I suggest you wait for some reviews, or if you want to play it urgently, use a GB Value Pack.
I've had the micro lags but it was facebook causing the problem so I uninstalled it and all is well lol thanks for the comment

I tried the game again on CM10 and still faced the irritating micro lags issue.
But it seems smooth on X-Bean 2.0 / 3.0 and on C-ROM 2.4 too.
And for ICS ROMs , this game is smooth if you use a Custom Kernel ( like mnICS , Semaphore , devil etc , which have RAM amount in the proximity of 390MB )
The game lags on CM9 stock kernel ( I suspect its due to the low RAM of 368MB only )

I've gather information from other users abt gaming perfomance on the Wonder and of all Custom ROMS, Cm9 is the best so far since it is stable. Some known games aren't be able to play on ALL CM9 cusroms and i have no clue on why is that... I also put a list games with lag issues... These are the following
NOT WORKING GAMES: GTA3 (so far i heard)
GAMES WITH LAG ISSUES: Nova, ShadowGun DeadZone (from my tests)
I hope we can try discuss on this on making it free of lag and making certain games be able to be played.
And for Gaming ROMS???

and i palying modern combat 3 online very somth with gamebooster and seeder

Yap. Its true, i feel more improvement on gaming after using task manager, just combined that app with seederV7. Then the result.. games run smoothly even without oc and min clock 245mhz:thumbup:

RR3 are more heavyer than my NFS, i use NFS version 1.0.47 additional behind-the-scenes adjustments to improve overall gameplay and added device support, thats why my NFS are to smooth, Question how to tweak the graphics of RR3? tell me dude im interested.

There's an app called, RR3 Graphics at the Play Store. Make sure that u r swapped to the game directory ... as in, the game data is mounted... Unless u are using GL to SD (like me ) Mount the system there THEN launch the app. From there, Tweak the quality to ur liking ... I suggest iPhone 3 (3) is the best! gd luck !

You mean RR3 and RR3 graphics must the same directory like Sdcard Directory or Phone Internal Directory? Is that you mean?

Still laggy dude and when i play long the game crash and stuck the game :crying:
I try those settings Low, Medium and Iphone 3.3. I think the kernel are the problem i guess.
Im on all stock 4.3 Playing some games causes lag noticeably fruit ninja which lags when there is too much going on and sometimes randomly also there is a strange audio bug where it sounds like the quality of the audio has dropped and sound is laggy sounding.The sound issue happens in fruit ninja only, I am confused i have around 300mb ram free, apps such as tango and viber cannot be closed and reopen by themselves even if ended.

The Galaxy Nexus has the same gpu as the Nexus s so its pretty bad at gaming. You could try to download a kernel and raise the gpu clock. If you want more ram then a kernel is also for you. Search for kernels with asram. For extreme ram try mpokang kernel. I suggest to use askp but thats just my opinion..

Custom kernels have option to overclock GPU, default is 300MHz. I'm on 512MHz which is noticeable better on Ingress game.
Also mentioned CPU overclock will help.

try franco or fancy(extended) or golden kernel with golden governer and scheduler,, these are the best in performance , u can oc the gpu aswell
I personally find fancy kernel the best in overall smoothness.
Franco always lag when I try to wake the phone, best battery life however.
Golden is some what similar to fancy, but only if you use bfq/interactive, golden governor however, lag once in a while, you would see lag spike fairly often.
Note that experience may vary, above was just how the kernels work with my phone.
