I have been searching all over the internet like on ebay.com,snapdeal.com etc for a genuine titanium grey flip cover for note 2 but I amunable to find it.
I live in punjab , india and I also looked at few samsung stores in chandigarh and few other cities but I still can't find any.
If somebody bought the flip cover in india than plz share the info on that.

Seriously, when you sell 3 million units in 37days, it's not where they are manufactured, but how much production capacity can be tapped. I've not doubt that the Note II is being built in multiple facilities across both Korea and China. Other locations are likely as well. I am still wondering why it matters.
Per comments from other forums, first batch of high end models likely to be made in Korea and other factories will follow afterward. My N7100 is MIK.

I got a motherboard for tmobile Samsung galaxy note 2. I'm looking to buy lcd/housing for it and saw a lot of folks selling it specifically for sprint note 2 housing. Does anyone know if a Sprint note 2 housing will be compatible to the motherboard I got for Tmobile note 2?

in egypt it is impossible to find accessories or even the phone since it is only sold in the US/Canada
other things that might be compatible will not fit exactly or look as good as the ones designed for this phone
best thing to do is buy them off ebay. search for t989 cover/battery/screen protector etc ...
