Well, you can download the stock rom and reflash it that way. Do you have the tmobile version or unbranded tp2?

Re brand the desire

I unbranded my desire from o2 to stock 2.1 then updated it to froyo 2.2.
I now have reverted back to 2.1 (stock) but how do I go about installing the o2 ROM again. I have tried using the files from the other thread which has all the official roms but it does not seem to work.
How do I go about doing this? (I'm using windows)
Thanks

Will the O2 ROM there meet your needs?
Also, don't you need to use a Goldcard? Maybe that's what is tripping you up?
No and Yes
No, I have tried that ROM It has not worked, I also have a Goldcard too.
Look for a RUU from O2 on shipped-roms
The only one they have is the one that I have tried and it doesn't work. It says something about a boot loader.
Why you don´t install the rom from the o2 site...??
http://www.o2online.de/nw/support/downloads/software/htc/htcdesire/htc-desire.html
with kind regards..Alex
Will that work for o2-uk? As the site is german based.

Tried that it doesn't work, some people have managed to do it but its not an easy fix. I'll live with it for now.
Thanks anyways

Official rom download for HTC Desire?

I'm planning to install the official rom on a rooted HTC Desire currently running MIUI, but I'm not sure I've got the backup file i made before installing MIUI.
Is there a file I can download, which will install the rom? It's bought in Norway and is a AMOLED version. I'm not sure about the model name since I don't have the phone here right now.
I've copied all content from SD to my computer, and there is a folder called "backup". Is my backup file in there somewhere? What kind of file, or name, am I looking for?

Which one is the latest unbranded one? I guess this one is the right one, isn't it?
RUU_Bravo_HTC_WWE_1.21.405.2_Radio_32.36.00.28U_4. 06.00.02_2_release_126984_signed.exe
Or maybe RUU_Bravo_HTC_Europe_1.15.405.3_Radio_32.30.00.28U _4.05.00.11_release_121865.exe?
WWE - World Wide English? I don't really get it. What does it mean?
The latest unbranded is WWE 2.29.405.5
(maybe there is also a 2.29.405.14 but I'm not sure there is an ruu available )

I don't understand a word in the sticky thread. Am I supposed to go into recovery, wipe and install from zip, or not?
Please, this is not my phone. I've sold it and she wants it back as soon as possible.
If you're still talking about ruu, its an exe to run from a windows pc

Can you guys answer me what does WWE (World Wide English) mean? And which ROM should be installed in Europe? The one with a word "Europe" in it (that would be logical, Europe for Europe, Asia for Asia etc. But if it is correct when should WWE be installed?) or WWE?

WWE is the main one that Europe and English speaking countries use. Unless the handset is branded to a carrier.

Thanks. By installing one of those ROMs mentioned before will I have to unlock the phone again? Or will it still be S-off and I will just have to download superuser? Or something else?
If you need the newest rom just run official RUU for 2.3.3 you can find on HTC.dev, it will work with all versions. You need stock hboot and you will loose root, but it,s easy to get with revolutionary.

Hello everyone,
If you’re looking for RUU’s, OTA’s or Stock CWM/TWRP Nandroid Backups for the HTC One X (Endeavor_U), please feel welcome to visit my website. There’s no need to subscribe, register, or jump through any loops to get to the files. Just locate the file you’re after and hit the download button (well, that’s the theory!). The site still needs a lot of work doing, but I'm getting there slowly.

Aah, that was the clue I needed. Can you please try again now? I think I've fixed it.
Re: Endeavor RUU, OTA and Stock Nandroid Morrors
I can confirm now that the links are working ! Very good bugsy
Update
.
Update:
Sorry to those of you that were having problems accessing the site via a mobile browser. The problem turned out to be User Agent Mapping, which sent phone browsers to a mobile skin that didn't even support the download section! I've now got that problem fixed, but please bear with me over the coming hours, while I try to fix some other template (site layout) issues that I've found.
While everyone should now have access to the site, it still won't look quite right on most mobile browsers. I'm working on that and I'll post another update once I've got it fixed. Expect a few graphical glitches while I work this out.
Thanks,
Bugsy

Search the links, if its there you can download it. If its not .... bad luck. The links speaks for themselves.
Please try to search them yourself in there and if its not there its better to ask for it like......
Hi can anyone provide a ruu or nandroid backup for cid TMOB010 ? Its not in the links.
This way we know that you searched them already
Of course I checked first but on RUU the name says TMO-UK, DE, NL, AT etc. Not the CID
Re: Endeavor RUU, OTA and Stock Nandroid Morrors
Then you need to compare the main version number too....
Fastboot getvar version-main
Check the outcome with the available ruu's and see if there is a matching one

It should, other fastboot commands are actually working ?
Phone in the bootloader, and the command from the command window ?
What message do you get after executing the command ?
OK, I've made a few more changes to the site. Hopefully people with lower resolution displays (and mobile browsers) are no longer experiencing page layout issues.
Moved content of this post to OP. Will add more links soon.
Updated OP to include direct links to all Stock CWM/TWRP Nandroid mirrors on my site.
Please use Matt95's great thread here for nandroid discussions.
I'll keep this thread updated with news and additions to my site.
