[APP] CyanDelta Updater for CyanogenMod - Nexus 4 Themes and Apps

Hi all.
I think i just found an app which we all need.
I'm not the developer of this app, nor am i paid to advertise it. just sharing what i found best.

this app downloads only the "Delta", the changed part of a new nightly, instead on a whole cyanogen mod rom everyday. for example, if there is only 10 mb new in the new nightly, this app only downloads the 10 mb and flashes that
pretty cool huh?
Just choose your last nightly build downloaded from get.cm from this app, and get started!
You can also choose to wipe Dalvik Cache after every install, but that will obviously make the first reboot longer.

Yeah, I love CyanDelta. You can configure it to flash other zips after the delta as well, which is handy.

Awesome.
Thanks for the app! This may be enough for me to finally go ahead and flash CM on the n4

Where can we downloads that app ?

Cm9 tablet ui mod

I saw this before but is there one that work with cm9 alpha6?
Sent from my SPH-D710 using XDA
Not that I've seen.
Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk
There's a pretty high demand for low dpi and tablet ui, I think cm should work on it as an option that would work natively

on that Tablet UI thread, you can sift through the pages and find a flashable zip version for CM9 ALpha 6...that's if you don't like to use adb to do your deeds...I'm going to just flash it in recovery right after I flash the rom then gapps....let me know if it works out for you bub!
This worked great.....can't say thank you enough

Can you use this with themes like Purple Kush (which is the cat's pajamas, btw!)? I'm also running a nightly, are they still compatible?

Sure. When I was using the tab mod, most themes worked flawlessly.
Sent from my SPH-D710 rollin' on MIUI
Haha, I saw this started a few days ago and decided not to start on the burn wagon. I love the responses of those who did and by those who did it.
There is one theme that I know doesn't work on the tablet. That's the Crimson Cobalt for CM9 and AOKP...that one will send all kinds of crap spinning.

Just flashed over fresh aokp and everything seems great. Thanks for posting. I did have to uninstall old (I think) voice search and reinstall Google Now to get it not to close on me. Haven't tried everything but so far good.
Edit: everything works. Thanks again for posting easy package.

cool stuff! you got any recommended tracks for audio to go with the hubble boot?
Personally, if I had to put audio to this, it would be some part of the opening theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Correct the are NOT flashable, I just replace the bootanimation in system>media using Root Explorer
NCC-1701
thanks for the tip, but I wouldn't like space odyssey on my phone
I happened to find a track I like for the hubble boot, thanks to a recent nasa article. you can rip the audio from the video online (google it)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFT7ATLQQx8
now I just have to pick a part of the track I like and rip that out...

Everything seems to work fine, just 1 little bug. The calculator is named 1.0dip and it force closes when you try to open it. I'm running MOAR also. I cleared app data for the calculator too

Edit: Do all the new themes work for the S3?
I tried the Bluemonko and it works fine on the S3, its pretty nice.
I love it but the Elegant Theme has the signal bar icons slightly hovered over the rest. I believe it's an XML error of some sort. This was flashed overtop BlazerRom. If you have any solutions, let me know! Willing to test!
