Guys,
Do you think this can be a software problem? My nexus is still charging while is not connected. I don't want to do factory reset I want to keep it as an last option.

I saw your post and I'll try to do same thing. Let you know today afternoon here in this topic. Thanks for now
I feel your pain buddy, I had a similar thing happen to me. Head to my thread and follow osmosis' advice and for me that solved by charging issues http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2086226. Also I'd get your self back to stock rom before you USB completely gives up for warranty reasons

I am on unrooted 4.2.1 yakju. But when I bougth this phone it was running yakjuxw or something like it. Do you think I should revert it back in case of complaint?
I don't think so. Looks like a hardware problem. Check your USB port.

Ok thanks. I'll try to test it some time and then probably have to send it to Samsung. I tried to clean the port using compressed air but no success unfortunately.../cry
Thank you guys!
I have had this happen twice. Only fix was to wipe everything. I mean everything... then flash stock 4.2.1. Then flash what you like

Why it fail to deal with it

Because the Website is fail.
They have it mobile enabled but never built the mobile version, and/or never checked to make sure it worked.
Works fine as full desktop site.

Your judging a phone on the basis of one pointless poorly designed, created and maintained website? I'm curious as to how you made it this far onto the internet.
Just so you know as well you can fine tune the way the web browser loads websites in the settings menu, but that may be too difficult for you to possibly comprehend.

Hi everyone,
So as the tittle says my phone isn't being recognized. I think this is due to the fact that I enabled fast charge ONE time and now ever since it won't let me access my internal SD card. Does anybody have any idea of what I can do? Thanks in advance
If it helps I'm running orca project with Trinity kernel.
I've been looking around I read that reflashing the ROM might fix it but I only wanna have to do this as a last resort if somebody doesn't know what to do.

Download a kernel settings app such as franco trinity or trickster mod. It will be in there for sure.
Screenshotbis with trickster mod. Check the market for the free version should work fine.

If it helps I think that my USB port is broken in some way. It charges but I can't get my phone recognized on 2 different computers even after flashing 2 different ROMs. So I ended up using air droid to copy all files to my computer then to my Nexus 4.

I did a search in this forum about the bluetooth problems and I see a bunch of users with the same problem I have... I have the latest OTA update on my galaxy nexus and cannot pair my phone with my Pioneer AppRadio in my car via bluetooth, it discovers the radio and as soon as I click to pair, it skips the sign up box and just comes up WRONG PASSWORD OR PASS KEY, and after scouring the net for solutions I have yet found one besides going down to the previous version, I can do that, and dont mind it, but I have a soft spot for custom rom's on android phones.
Here's my main question: I need a good stable ROM that bluetooth will work with, and also one that will work with 4G LTE, can someone please lead me in the right direction?
Little about me: I know how to flash items in custom recovery just fine. I have owned 2 previous android phones: evo4g, and galaxy S2, and both were updated regularly with custom ROMs. I had a leaked version of HTC sense5.0 on the evo, the charger port came loose from the motherboard I upgraded to the galaxy S2, you should have seen the sprint store rep when he saw it! haha
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP!!
I'm pretty sure GNex lacks the hardware for LTE, so custom ROM's won't give you that ability.

If he knew how to troubleshoot her problems and wasn't ignorant about technology, just maybe he wouldn't need to deal with me. LOL and yes its very awkward keeping in touch with her for the phone. It's like a kidnapper asking to keep in touch after letting go.

I can't find an official CM11 thread. I have been on the recent nighties and things have been awesome. Not a single bug that I am aware of and great battery life.
Keep in mind today was a very light usage day but I haven't seen figures like this in a very long time.

I second swordrune, I'm running his rom now and its running great.
nerds, how much keep awake time is google play using on yours? I had an issue where play was killing me basically staying on all the time. I reflashed everything and it seems to be better but I didnt enable ART this time. Don't know if that caused the issue or not.
It's kind of a shame cause some of us use XDA as a list of ROMs avaliable. I was very late to try PA2 cause there wasnt a thread in the dev section.
