No GPS in Puerto Rico?

I'm confused as to why I can't get my GPS to work over here. It was fine in NYC and I have full bars of T-Mobile, but GPS cannot find me?

Att is fastest but vzw has the best coverage the battery is ok lasts through the day for me.
