Yeah it only allows you to resize up and down but not to the sides. Oh well I just switched the seclauncher to a 5x4 oh well.

You can decompile the .apk and set the values accordingly, I had to this in my ROM to make it fill the screen.

Here is a custom nexus icon I put together

Pressed:
You can't see it because of the white forum background, so here is what it looks like
You will have to replace the ic_allapps.png and ic_allapps_pressed.png files in your \res\drawable-xhdpi in Launcher2.apk.
EDIT: Can't seem to make it work on Novalauncher, so if you use stock launcher this will still work.
Can't Nova Launcher just replace icons with a Long Press > Edit?

Yes, but it uses the default pressed png, so you have to replace that as well otherwise you get the stock blue pressed png
What's the problem with it on nova launcher? I'm using it now and it looks great. Thanks

How do you replace these files? I can't make apktool work at all, is there any sort of guides to install this? Or could someone possibly send me a launcher apk file with it already done?
Working fine on nova launcher for me thanks!!

Edit: after click link I see its free
Still not must have
But I can't wait for a 10 lock mod or how ever many types there are
The stock S3 is the best lock screen on a phone. It was one of the main reasons I got the phone.

I wasn't to crazy about it. I love the GS3 lock screen.
Holo Locker lock screen is free. It is Holo Launcher that is $3.99.
I surprisingly find the stock Samsung lockscreen to be pretty damn awesome. Got rid of widgetlocker for it even
Stock lock screen is pure Ownage.

Like everyone as I know you can customize the grid in the settings... Test apex or nova launcher, and they both got updated to 4.2

Dialog bubble SMS app / theme?

I'm using CM10. I'm wondering if the SMS app is baked in to CM or if it is a separate app that can be replaced or themed.
Specifically I'm looking for something along these lines: (I realize this isn't sms but...)

Its baked it but you can remove it with root explorer. Try "gosms" from the play store. It has bubbles and is very customizable.

Is there a way to make the GoSMS default without removing the baked in SMS app? I'd be nervous about just yanking out a core app.
You could just go to the baked in SMS app, and go to settings and uncheck notifications. That's what I do.

U can use them in TouchWiz Launcher.
An alternative could be, i.e., Digical (free in play store), that has several widget formats.

Jorte Calendar (free in play store) is nice and does not require Touchwiz luancher
Android Pro Widgets has an entire month calendar that looks great. You can download themes for it to give you different looks

I use this one. It's great because you can switch between the monthly view that you want and a scrollable agenda list, which is fantastic.
