Ok Noob here and here is my problem
I tried to use the kindle fire utility to root my kindle fire 6.3.1
I happened to have really ****ty luck and my power went out in the room where it was happening. So now I am stuck on my "kindle fire screen"
I have tried these steps to fix it.
I ran the utility and it says online but for boot status it says: Unknown
I choose for the boot menu normal, nothing happened, and then fast boot, nothing happened. I tried reinstalling the root nothing happened, I ran the unbrick utility for getting stuck at the kindle fire screen. Nothing happened.
So now I am stuck on the screen with 21% battery warning coming up.
At this point I dont even care about rooting just want the thing to work.
So I will be eternally grateful if you guy can help
I have the same problem, its stuck with Kindle Fire on the midle of the screen. When I try to open run.bat the ADB status is offline (it was online when i tried the first time, but when i pressed 2, the KFU couldnt download the TWRP). How can I fix it? I just want to get it working again.
I've recently rooted my kindle fire, which is running 6.3.1. I tried resetting my kindle fire by going to menu, device, and factory reset, and it obviously didn't work. I next shut down my kindle fire and went into twrp, and tried to see if i could find a button to reset my whole kindle back to how i first bought my kindle fire. After i gave up, I tried going back to the kindle fire normal home screen. Problem is, after when i turn on my kindle fire, the logo turns blue, and then it goes to the orange kindle fire logo and stays and does nothing. It just holds still like that. This happened for the past week, and I've went into twrp many times to find a button that could bring my kindle back to normal. After a while, I realized there was a way to unroot my kindle fire. I plugged my kindle fire into my computer, and this is another problem. Too unroot my kindle, I need it removable storage device, which usually pops up when you plug it into your computer. Instead it shows a usb port with a check mark and it gives you two option when you click it, opendevices or printers, or eject kindle. I want my kindle to pop up when i go into my computer so i could drag a file to it so it could be unrooted. PLease help me so it would be like that Any help would be thankful
You can mount your USB storage from within twrp.
not to be mean but you kinda need to know all this before doing anything to your kindle.I could go on but then I would sound mean

Hi guys,
I've already searched in the forum but didn't find a solution. I need your help.
I was trying to root my kindle fire 6.3.1 with KFU, I selected the option "Install permanent Root with Superuser" and I received an error.
My Kindle Fire was stuck (I suppose in fastboot) on the static logo "kindle fire" while booting.
Now, after some attempts with tools like Firekit and Kindle Unbrick Utility, my Kindle Fire no longer turn on if I press the power button. If I plug in with USB it flashes the Kindle Fire logo and then turns off then flashes the logo and so on in loop. It's no longer recognized by windows.
It seems that everyone that had a bricked kindle fire had installed FFF/TWRP, but I didn't so I don't know what to do.
I hope you'll help me to fix the problem!
Thanks, Riccardo
EDIT: the boot loop started after I let drain out the battery. Now I'm using the stock 1.8 amp AC charger to recharge the battery and the Kindle Fire is suck on the static logo!

I have an original Kindle Fire rooted with CWM and after I did some app updates, something must have serious been affected by the changes. My Kindle Fire now immediately shuts off after first unlocking it. After shutting off it will reboot and attempt to load (shows the android robot with some blue prism thing) which will fail and show a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. I then have to hard reset the Fire to reboot it. I can get the Kindle Fire to boot back up again but only to shut itself off again immediately after unlocking.
I have attempted to restore the kindle fire through the kindle UI (when I can get it to stay on long enough) as well as restore it through the CWM prompts. Nothing seems to work.
To add insult to injury, the kindle also will not be recognized by my macbook. I have tried both through kindle and CWM mounting and have tried using multiple cords and multiple laptops. Sadly none of them will recognize the Kindle Fire so none of them will let me move an update.zip onto it.
I feel like I'm completely stuck, does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do? Also please let me know if there's any other information needed to help answer this question.
I tried to upgrade my Kindle Fire HD with the cm13 builds, but due to some reason it went to a loop where in it starts and then "Kindle Fire" logo appears and then it going in a loop again and again.
Post that I bought a Fastboot cable from Amazon thinking it will give me a solution as described in few other threads.
I connected the fastboot cable , it went into fastboot mode and then nothing happens.
Then i tried to use kindle Unbrick utility 1.1 version and tried to recover my kindle.
But to my surprise what it does is something I am not able to get rid off.
Now when I tries to start my kindle ..."Kindle Fire" screen appears once then I can see the "Fastboot logo" for few seconds........And then it went to black screen again and i cannot see anything.
Please experts whom so ever can throw some light on it...please do so as I want to recover it back...
Thanks in advance.
