Do you have any working solution ?
Thanks, have a nice day
Use root explorer to move your apps or connect your arc to ur PC and manually place ur apps on the SD
Thanks MrModMan
There's no "auto" way like there was before with app2sd?

yeah that sucks.you can partition you sdcard and use link2sd for more internal space.it is very helpfull.and also if you have custom rom you can use int2ext scripts.they all works same.
some apps dont go to the external memory....link2sd coudnt move them

[Q] help! external sd card emulated

I am trying to install apps in my external sd but on the settings>apps the "move to sd" option is not present (my s3 have that). I installed Appmgr III and got this error "device does not have a real primary external storage, or the primary external storage is emulated. Moving apps to SD function cannot be supported by this device."
My device is rooted with stock rom installed. Foldermount app also installed.
How do i fix this?
Hello..I have LG Stock Rom on my G Pad. Never rooted..never installed custom Rom. But I can not install apps to external SD storage too..and they told me that LG G Pad 8.3 does not support installing apps to external storage such as SD.

Foldermount can move the app data to the SD card for you. There is an option, app analyzer to determine the size of the different data files for the apps. It's just a matter of a few clicks and you will see the internal storage shrink as the data files are moved to the SD card. The apps will remain on the internal memory though. I personally wouldn't be too worried about that as typically the large files are all the data / support files and the apps are relatively small. In most cases anyway. Personally I have about 60 different apps with their files running off my external SD card with no issue. All moved via Foldermount.
i also used folder mount and works fine. now can i also ask, i've rooted my tablet using this methodhttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2553192 can i now proceed in installing custom recovery or do i need to do something else before i do so? i want to flash cm11 nightlies
Nope, that's it. You should be good to go to install custom recovery. Here is the version that I used.

Are you using CM11 now? how is it? Is the "move to SD" options now available?

Nope, still running stock. Was going to upgrade to Mahdi but a couple of initial bug reports had me wait. Those have been fixed but now with the official KitKat version right around the corner I decided to wait. Thus rooted, but still stock with TWRP custom recovery installed.

I am thinking about waiting for the official update too. When the update arrives, can we update via OTA if we are rooted (stock recovery installed)?

You should be able to update via OTA if you're on 4.2.2 stock with a stock recovery. At this point, though, you may not be able to install a custom recovery after you update.

Why can't I install a custom recovery then?
I have another problem now, whenever I install a new app I always get an error "Insufficient memory" but I still have 10gb+ on my internal memory. How can I fix this?

I'm not sure if the custom recoveries have been adapted for the new release. I've read some accounts that indicate that they are not available yet. If they're not yet working, I think they will be soon. Keep an eye on the discussions about the stock updates to see if anybody is able to install a custom recovery after an OTA update.
