You remember what the font name is? I can pull it from the ROM, you might be able to create a font folder on the internal memory and have it find it there. (That's what I did when I wanted some of the tones from the E4GT, made a /sdcard/media folder with the contents that I was looking for.)

Its called comix....I h a d used a 3rd party downloader....to install the the package and then androzip to open the zip file to the font...
You can download fonts from the play store and install them from the settings.
I downloaded Fontomizer from the store and selected the font to download then installed and set it in the settings menu of the phone.

I have it but im at work now if you want to wait until later...or you can download Drizzy's TF3D, extract it to your desktop, go into app_s and pull out the Rosie.apk. Change the ext. to .zip and then extract that. The wallpapers are in one of the folders inside the Rosie.apk.
Can you just upload it fro me

Dang, I was hoping that would hook you up....I have also been looking for a specific wallpaper too (White rabbit over HTC logo)... no luck myself...I will keep an eye open for your quest too..
ahhh man its like these flat black kind of grid squares
You know champion V2 ROM? Its the same background but different coloring

I believe Drizzy got it from the Windows Mobile crowd.
It's from the Touchflo 3D UI.
You could find it probably in any one of the WM threads.
Or you could just pull it from the ROM itself using something like Win rar.(Probably the best way since it's already sized.)

I am not able ^^ I'M SORRY
I have never flashed anything by cwm
Dont work for me, i use root exlorer to replace those 2 apk, reboot the phone but nothing changes. I really like the dockbar
Mate, it's very easy to make a cwm flashable zip. Download one of the other themes and simply replace the files in the zip (and delete the ones you don't want).
Really nice theme!
Try maybe speak with Brotuck and modify StockMod Plus because you will get CWM flashable version with 5lock screen.

That looks really really nice - can I use it with stock rom (so not deodex)? Dont wanna try it cause I already did with another Theme which results in a boot-loop :>
Hi.
I've started to theme my sgs with darky v9.5 for my needs.
And now I also wanna mod the app's xml-files.
I read about it in some tutorials and I understand that trying is the best to learn.
But I have 2 starter-questions:
1.) For example I have a concrete modding-wish: The padding on the sides of the contact list seems very annoying to me. (Pointed in pic). I wanna reduce it and downsize the whole list to get faster overview. Somebody already modded this or knows the xml-file to do?

2.) Modding (esp. system apks) seems to be very time-consuming, because as far as I know the changes can't be viewed directly (with any tool), but the apk have to be pushed to phone and reboot.
Is there a way of faster modding / previewing the changes with the emulator or sth?
Thanks for your help,
Max

I dont know any faster method.
I know something that could help you in situation while you are hammering your head against the wall, I mean -> you just 'cant get the layout right, no matter you try'
Before I begin:
You would need to be familiar with eclipse and creating layouts there.
So..
Create new android project in eclipse
edit layout.xml; paste the contents of the file you are modding...
Workaround all errors that WILL happen
You will see layout rendered in xml file wysiwyg...
Its not easy, but if NOTHING works, it really helps.
This was the thing I did while modding the phone to have big caller picture...
Thanks, if nothing else works, I'll try this

Hi guys
Sorry for the real noob question, but wondering if someone can shed some light on this for me?
I am running viper rom and installing a custom theme from their development thread, having downloaded the apk file and put to root of SD card, I then progressed to ES file explorer to install, it installed however has not changed the theme.
I have gone into personalise tray and cannot find it there??
Have i done something wrong?
Many Thanks

where did you get this .apk from?
if you installed a statusbar theme.apk, go to:
tweaks->statusbar (2nd tab)->statusbar theme support->theme pack
if its a sense theme, go to:
tweaks->sense(3rd tab)->icon pack
..after you installed the .apk
When you are in the iconpack or theme pack view you can click "get more" in the upper right to get more themes from our hub.
You can acess this hub also when yu open the app drawer and search for venom hub.
Have a look at this animated gifs:

If anyone could offer some advice I'd be very grateful!
I used Unicon to apply an icon pack across my device, so my home screen currently looks like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
My lockscreen on the other hand displays the shortcut icons in grey circles:
What I'd like to do is remove those grey circles such that the shortcuts look like the ones on my home screen. I do have G3 Tweaksbox but it doesn't seem to offer a solution to this.
Thanks!
Open "lgkeyguard.apk" in /system/priv-apps/
via apk-decompile / winrar (extract the res/drawable-xxxhdpi folder)
Search the picture corresponding with the background you want to change.
Copy the recompiled apk back after recopying the picture.
Done.

Great, thanks! Unfortunately I've never dealt with decompiling/recompiling apk's before, so I'll have to approach this stuff carefully. I actually can't find lgkeyguard.apk in /system/priv-app/ using Root Browser though - is it possible that is has a different name / location in Lollipop?
/system/priv-app/LGKeyguard.apk
is the exact path for me (KK 4.4.2)
You could do a search for it using your filebrowser if it isn't there in LP.
Replacing pictures in apk files via Winrar is rather save.
I'd suggest that if you haven't tinkered with apk's b4.
Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it!
