the app is called "SPenBoard" and the idea has been developing in the GN2 Developer Discussion forum here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2023787
the S-Pen SDK was what was used to create the features in the app for the s-pen. the application you are looking for, "SPenBoard" can be found here:

Q. Edit multi Window apps?

Is there a mod to edit the multi Window apps for the Tmobile s4? I have some apps that I would like to have there that don't go in there by default.

I've looked myself a few times but multiwindow only adds apps that work in that format. Some apps are more demanding on the device so I'm sure it filters those out for functionality.

Multi-window hack (use any app)

Just posting those 2 files needed from "Xposed" threads
1. install xposed 2.1.4 apk
2. install xposed multi window apk
3. click install inside xposed app, reboot
4. check multi window module inside exposed app and reboot again
Wow its great.

[Request] Combine apk and odex

I really liked the camera app on my Asus 7" HD tablet. Tried to use the same app on my phone, but its like combination of apk and odex.
Could anyone please make these two into an apk that I can use on a deodexed ROM. Please.
For some reason the mobile XDA app isn't allowing me to upload apk files. So attaching links to the files on my drop box.

Aosp keyboard with 5 rows (numbers)

This is not my work I will not support or post links to anything but the original post.
While browsing through countless threads one thing I see often is requests for samsungs keyboard on aosp roms. Well that most likely won't happen but this just might be what you are looking for. They are from the lg lineup. One is a simple install apk the other requires a build.prop mod.

Hacker's keyboard gives you a full keyboard, including function keys (F1, F2, etc.), escape, arrow keys (very useful when fixing mistakes in emails and texts.
It's also superb for DOS Box and other emulators. There are dictionaries for most languages. Duolingo takes great advantage of these dictionaries. The auto word suggestions speed up your typing and learning, by also introducing words with similar spelling not actually a part of the lesson.
Not trying to hijack the thread. Just stating my opinion on an alternative keyboard.

I'm on liquid and I thought I was tired of the Google keypad...mainly for lacking the number row.
I tried swift key...which was OK. Extremely similar to go keyboard. Which is ok and I like the theme ability.
Then I tried the LG key board....
I ran back to the Google keyboard...I despise that lg keyboard. And how on earth do they justify it being a 57MB app??????? I've never liked lg keyboards that much though. Always seem to lag. Even going back to non smart phones.

Google now from Moto X

Does anyone know if there is a Galaxy Note II rom that has the functionality like the Moto X. Which includes the Google now from Moto X and is responsive to only your voice command. Or if there is a way to implant them in other roms.

Moto X has kitkat/4.4.2
The Note 2 has several kitkat/4.4.2 ROMs that have the same Google Now functionality "OK Google" etc

Wake features can be found in multiple xposed modules. .
Gravity box for example. .offers a wake feature from the sleep state. .
Just Google search gravity box apk. ..and you'll see the xda link back to the correct version. ..
Note. ..it states that TW roms may fail. ..but I'm using it on meanbean without issues. ..
With the xposed framework and a few modules...you can easily add the features you want. ..g
