What stock T-Mo rom are people using? I'm rooted but the Rom I'm on keeps random booting on BOTH note II's I own.
I need another stock rom I can flash with ODIN.
Thanks!
I am on root injected (root66) ROM and it works fine , no issues so far.

I have been working on it for more than a day now, getting those note 3 features on my note 2 (N7105 XXUEML3). I tried DN3, but Spen does not work, baseband unknown missing imei. Cannot restore it through QPST because it does not recognized the device, tried every damn drivers and nothing. Back up on the aroma for EFS does not keeps on crashing. Baseband choices on it is for N7100, i don't get how the others managed to have it worked on their devices? Tried installing a stock rom that is deodexed, found one in the forums and flashed the mod of the note 3 features, but got stuck on the loading screen, just stays there. This is the most troublesome mod i've ever encountered. Any help will be appreciated.
You may have to flash stock through odin to get your baseband back. N7100 roms do not work on the n7105. Flash the one from this thread and select n7105. If you are on 4.1.2 you will have to flash devil kernel afterwards to get wifi.

Well you used the wrong recovery which is why you lost imei and baseband. Same happened to me. I just flashed cm11 or you can try another. Flashing a stock ROM won't work unless use Odin and factory reset after flash. Install philz recovery or use older twrp 2.6.3.1 as newer versions don't flash ROM properly. Whatever ROM you had imei and baseband working flash that back

If you read his post he flashed the n7100 version by mistake. You can lose baseband by restoring a backup from an older version of recovery with a newer recover I know that from experience unfortunately lol

Try following these steps http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=50335424 to wipe your phone then install a custom mk4 rom.

Mobile hotspot does not work on stock 4.3 deodexed roms without flashing the hotspot hack. You will need to find and flash the correct version hotspot hack for your rom. Ex. MA7, MC2, MK4, etc.
Do this: Flash Phil's recovery 6.0.7.9, wipe everthing, flash rom of choice (I recommend LorJay's stock deodexed MK4 without Note 3 features), upon first boot you may need to Odin flash the WiFi fix (from your PC only), then boot into recovery and flash the MK4 hotspot hack, reboot and setup phone, Success.
If for some strange reason you still get that error message when turning on mobile hotspot, I'd flash a custom AOSP ROM such as Slim ROM, Carbon ROM, etc. Those Roms have hotspot fully functioning right out of the box. Keep us posted.
Still no good. Thanks for suggestion tho. . Haven't tried asop but not a Fan. Any suggestions on wiping or formatting(how to) the internal part of phone to go from scratch.

Here you go. I recommend the Odin method.

It seems as if Sprint has done something to your phone because everything you have dine should have worked. Something isn't right. That's why I suggested trying an AOSP ROM for the time being just to test this theory. Then you can flash back to stock or whatever you choose. You could also flash a custom Touch Wiz rom that has hotspot already working. If that fails you definitely got a phone that's been altered somehow by Sprint. I've yet to ever see this but I'm sure its very possible. Just my opinion.

Does anyone have the link for a stock rooted 4.3 rom I can flash through twrp I lost some of the files and a restore isn't correcting the issue

This is the most stock TW MK4 ROM that I've ever been able to find. Look through the OP and see if this will work for you. I've had zero issues with his ROMS.

I can get data on 4.3 touchwiz roms, and used to on 4.4.2 touchwiz roms. Now I accidently flashed a rom I ported dn3 v5, but flashed wrong zip as I accidently flashed the n7100 complete with n7100 modem and kernel. On 4.3 roms tw I get data but every time I try a 4.4 2 tw rom no data. My bootloader is mk6 so knox is triggered and my apn is also correct. How can my phone be messed up for only 4.4.2 roms but not 4.3 roms?

Well hopefully your port is just for personal use. Don't release it.
Next I would just odin to stock and just start fresh man. That way everything will be back Q10 percent.

It was just for fun but I am way out of practice in porting n7100 roms over. Last time I released a rom was when I had a mytouch 4G. I think it might have been a flashing error, because all roms were on external SD card downloaded ezkat and now network works again.

How do you go back to 4.3 after taking the OTA and then rooting it? I dont want to brick my phone. I have the 4.3 stock rom from sammobile that i could flash using Odin but not sure if that will work?

Best practice is to flash custom recovery then a custom rom. If you try using odin or other methods then an issue may/can arise. If you only flash custom roms you will have no issues with bricking hard or soft.

I used Odin to do a complete restore back to 4.3. I like a fresh start, seems I have less issues that way. Worked great then I rooted with cf auto root, then back to smoothest rom 2/3 imo.
