Next time after u flash back to stock firmware through pc odin. Do a battery pull before first boot.(It wont damage the phone). Go to recovery and perform a factory reset and wipe cache partition and reboot.
Please make sure you do a backup of your files on the pc because factory reset will cause you to lose data.

Phone stuck at boot help me

Hey all need help bad and fast. So yesterday I attempted to flash my phone back to stock so I can do the new firmware update as I'm in Canada with Telus. Everything seemed to be working fine and ODIN flashed the rom just fine, but my phone since then has been stuck at the SAMSUNG screen with glowing font after the boot animation, I made an attempt last night and it stayed on that screen all night, now at work I've flashed the latest rom from the "[Guide] Installing LH1 OTA for Canadian S3" but it's the same thing, I'm not sure what's going on or how I should restore it as the options I use in the toolkit and odin seem to just get me to this screen and stop there. Please help guy I need it.

if you flashed a custom kernel you may need to flash your stock kernel if you want the stock rom to run properly. whend you flashed your stock rom did you perform a full wipe (format data/ factory reset, wipe dalvik, format system, format cache) ?
also, are you sure you have the proper stock kernel for your device?

Everything runs fine except the ability to restart or shutdown the phone. For some reason it gets stuck on the pink goodbye screen. Also i have tried to flash different roms only to get a boot loop. The only way i can get the phone to start is to restore a old backup. Sorry for being such a noob.thanks for any help!

Thanks man! I really appreciate the help!
no problem man and if kies fails on you might have to take the odin approach all these tmobile firmwares that came out for this phone have all been buggy or glitchy and off course they have done nothing about it so good luck
No...the problem is not from ICS 4.04..Something is corrupted around your system or data partition...That happened to me after I used dark side wipe and restored an old nandroid backup...I had to odin to stock and that fixed it...
In your case, Odin the JB stock UVMC6 , after you reboot, boot into recovery then do factory reset .

[Q] URGENT - Recent 4.4 update boot-looped my phone

Phone: Samgsun Galazy SIII
Model: SPH-I710
Carrier Sprint
Originally rooted 4.2 with ClockworkMod bootloader and SuperUser
Updated to 4.3 without issue.
Sometime in the past 6 months, lost root access, but wasn't needing it, so no biggie.
Today: Saw system update for android 4.4
ClockworkMod boot loader startup in the update process, and did as I always have, installing the unknown zip (which is su) and fixing root and boom.
Boot looped at the blue glowy samgsung screen.
I have tried wiping the cache's and now have even toasted my user data so I have to rebuild everything again ANYWAY, but that damn phone still won't boot!!!!
Where is (not through rapidgator bull****) the stock rom I need to ODIN transfer to get this paperweight to be a phone again?
thanks

Seems strange that this happened. Since you have a custom recovery, the OTA should have failed. This will put you on 4.4: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2738533 . If you are bootlooping, you could try to flash another rom. I would go with an MK3 zip though like the stock one, moar, wicked, project X...but make sure it is 4.3 (MK3).

I eventually found a 4.4.2 full stock ROM and was able to get that over. Of course this wasn't until after some sight suggested a wipe user data could help, so I'm re-building the phone from the base...*sigh* It happens. I'm about due for an upgrade anyway, so I can make due.
Thanks for the response,

Tmobile 2 rom issues

wassup folks i need some serious help. i was running slimkat weekly 6 4.4.4 on my tmobile note 2 and then i decided to try ezkat 2.0 touchwiz 2.0 . i did a factory wipe and reset and it kept getting hung up at the samsung boot screen in a boot loop . so i went back into recovery and wiped everything and restored my backup of the slimkat rom . NOW heres where the trouble starts . the backup i made runs through fine at the startup and then it automatically bootlops ans 30 seconds after start up . I tried flashing other roms such as dirty unicorns 4.4.4 and a fresh slimkat install . slimkat keeps rebooting itself and the dirty unicorns rom is unable to find service . matter a fact every rom is unable to find service . im tired of wiping the phone and trying to get this phone back to normal and i would just like some help . this all started because of the ezkat 2.0 rom ..PLEASE HELP ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!
If you want to go back to stock, you need to flash stock firmware through odin and then after flash go into stock recovery and wipe cache/div and factory reset… then reboot!
If you want 4.4 kit kat roms, you need to follow instuctions exactly! And flash t-mobile modem to get service! And flash SU aswell!

You can use heimdall... http://glassechidna.com.au/heimdall/
Make certain you flash the MK7 modem back onto your T889. eZCAT flashes the I317 modem whether you want it or not.

[Q] Multiple problems after flashing Stock

Hello everyone,
After a long fight to try and get this phone back to normal, everything seemed good,
except not really
I started on a buggy CM11 version. Sick of it, I downloaded a 4.4.4 stock rom. I had to disable firewall and defender, but I got Odin to flash my md5. I got through everything and it booted successfully. After signing in and all that jazz, I find out that my WiFi isn't working. After a few reboots, My 4G finally works and everything seems to be steady.
Then, after exploring the rest of the phone I find out that all my apps from last ROM are still there. I know that you are supposed to wipe before flashing, but I was told that Odin will take care of that. It obviously didn't.
After THAT, I try to boot into Recovery as the next sensible step is to try to wipe my data and cache. I turn the phone off and press (Vol up + Home + Pwr) and the first boot screen shows for a moment. It says in blue "RECOVERY BOOTING" in the corner. Right after, it disappears and in another second it does the same screen without the "RECOVERY BOOTING". And as presumed, it does a regular boot.
What did I miss? How can I wipe my phone from recovery? How can I fix my problem with Wifi?
Reflash in Odin.
Make sure you have the correct stock rom. If you flash the "md5" you may have flashed the wrong thing. The md5 is not tge firmware, that is just the code that verifies your firmware file is not corrupted.
If your old apps were still there, you flashed the wrong thing. There is no way to flash stock firmware in odin and not wipe the data partition.
You are correct then
Yeah, I flashed a tar.md5 in Odin. It gave me a new ROM but all my apps are there. After all that, I still can't go to recovery. I tried using the terminal and ROM Toolbox to go there, both didn't work. Can I just leave it as it is and find a way to recovery or is the only way to go to bootloader and flash a correct file to get to recovery?
Flash twrp and see if it will reboot into recovery, then factory reset and flash latest firmware with Odin right after. Odin will NOT wipe data. It has to be done manually

It depends on what you ate flashing.
If you are flashing a full stock factory image it will wipe user data. If you are just flashing a system partition it won't.

How do I know whatever I download is deodexed? And I went to a page of ROMs someone gave me and I downloaded the NK2 version, which also gave me a tar.md5. If I want the correct thing to flash, what should I flash?

The first post of any customized stock rom will tell you if its deodexed. If it doesn't say it...its not.
@Essem G:
Any updates for us? I'm following this thread because I have similar problems with my WiFi not working after upgrading from 4.2.2.
Any luck getting TWRP flashed?
Also I believe that the stock firmwares do come as tar.md5's, as in the file: M919UVUFNK2_M919TMBFNK2_M919UVUFNK2_HOME.tar.md5 from ShinySide's stock firmware thread.
As for the WiFi issue, from the hours of reading I've done it looks like this problem occurs when you upgrade your firmware, but it no longer matches the bootloader. Such as bootloader (Baseband) showing MDL, but Build Number showing NH7, NK2, etc. What does your show?
This thread may be of use to you when you get back to a working ROM. Good luck!
@RavenMind1
Everyone has been saying different answers and i've put off fixing my device for a while. I'm just afraid i'll brick it forever and have another nightmare after this current one. So no, there has been no progress. I think i'm gonna try to flash Philz and format my system, then flash a deodexed rom. @g7755725 said that you can flash TWRP, but I usually use Philz. It appears to be that I have lost root access because no root features work and SuperSU won't recognize it. Will everything work or am I setting my self up for disaster?
Edit: Where can I find a deodexed rom? I desperately need one, thanks

If you're trying to go back to complete stock then just Odin NK2 firmware. http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-tmobile/general/firmwares-official-mdl-mk2-nb4-t2816508 I used the NK2 from here about 2 days ago to go back to stock.
