Happy New Year!
Just FYI, if you haven't noticed... (I hadn't):
"Scheduled text messages" had been added to Android, so consider composing your "Happy New Year's!" texts earlier, so you're not drunk-texting at 11:59! Just hit the Menu button while composing the message, and select the time/date for it to be sent...
Wasnt aware you could do that. Cool

Are you using a texting app like Handcent? The same thing happened to me until I switched to Go SMS.
U might be right... I currently have that app thatz called sms pop up... It might be the reason
Thanks

If I send out too many messages in a short amount of time, I get a pop up telling if I should allow the messaging app to continue sending. But it repeats the question with every text. I know it's a google malware security feature, but it's super annoying. Anyway to turn it off?

Is there a way to respond to all from a multi person text from an iPhone? Whenever I get a text conversion from my friends that are on iPhones, I can only respond to the person who sent the text and no one else sees my response.

People say that Handcent or Go SMS have this feature.
How does that work for sms? I have to be able to reply to the same text.

I think there is a setting called "thread conversation"... I haven't tried it, so, maybe you should... Since it's the only lead you've got.
Thank you I'll try that. I can't believe more people haven't asked about this, android stock sms sucks

I can't find thread conversation, do you have a link?

Its been brought up a few times in the past, ut I'm not sure if it was ever resolved. I don't use any 3rd party apps for sms or id try to be more helpful.
But try using the search this forum feature for both General and Q&A sections in all of the S3 sections (AT&T, Sprint, i9300...)
That's probably your best bet if no one else answers here.

Sorry I'm not sure what to call this, but previously when I pulled down the screen that would show current notifications such as missed calls, words with friends, app updates, etc, it would list out a brief preview of my new email received. Now it just says "2 new messages" or whatever the number is. I think it was more useful before, not sure why/how it is changed?
Anyone know?

I think if you use 2 fingers to drag down it will show a preview. I think that's how it works now when you have multiple messages. Don't quote me on that though, but I think that's how it works.

This is odd, I think it was like this because I didn't have a sim in the phone, just using wifi. Put in a similar and it shows the more descriptive version.
