How do I fix scrollable wallpaper?

In EL13 and up builds, this doesn't work properly. Is there a quick fix like something forgot in framework to make this work correctly?
Someone said if you upload the wallpaper and use your browser to set the wallpaper, it scrolls. I didn't verify this.
Use Multipicture Live Wallpaper. Im assuming you don't want it to scroll.

I've seen this fixed in some of the ROMS. What's the magic behind it? Is it just a framework edit or do I need a file?

Hopefully a Dev will get us a fix for this.

Does anyone know to add pictures to the "Wallpaper Gallery menu"???? I use the stock ROM rooted which only comes with only about 4 or 5 wallpapers embedded into the Wallpaper Gallery menu however I decompiled the TwWallpaperChooser.apk and found there's waaaay more wallpapers than what the OS actually allows us to choose from... In the end I would like to have all the wallpapers shown under the Wallpaper Gallery menu. Can anyone help with this? Anyone??

[Q] setting full resolution wallpaper

I was wondering how can you set a picture to be a wallpaper without cropping? I tried stretching the box but it just can't make the whole picture as my wallpaper.
Stock ROM, custom user.

If you are only going to use it in portrait mode you can download an app called wallpaper wizardrii. It will allow you to crop the picture for portrait only.

Changing wallpaper on lockscreen

Is there a way to change the wall paper on the lock screen? I like to use the normal lockscreen but when I try and change it to a picture that I have it only will allow me to change it to the default pictures the phone comes with. Please help, I can't figure it out. It gets me to where I can select my own picture but it won't change when I check the lock screen.
