Pull down with 2 fingers. Just did it with email notification.

Aosp mms

Any way to have the notification show up on the actual mms icon instead of just in status bar?

Not unless the launcher or the ROM supports it. I know a few launchers will show the unread count on the icon, but other than that no
Cool thanks figured that. Flashed aosp mms on darkside 3v 3 , looks better but no notification. Oh well

Note 2 Notification Problems

I've recently noticed that after I channged my ROM back to the stock feature that I no longer receive any notifications. Does anyone know why this happens? Or how to fix it?

You have no notification bar at all? What did you flash from to? Do you have a nanadroid backup to flash?
I have the bar I just don't receive any notifications in it. I flashed from a AOKP/CM10 ROM 4.2.1 to a stock ROM then wiped the phone and still don't receive them.

[Q] Multi Window Question?

Is there any way to make the multi Window auto activate when selecting a notification so that the app giving the notification pops up in the new window? I THINK I did it on accident when I opened an mms msg.

I don't think there is but I'm not 100% on that...as far as I know the closest thing to that would be the floating notifications mod. Hope that helps!

Quick reply from the lock screen

Ok I was just curious if there was an app that would allow me to quick reply to sms from the lock screen, when I had an iPhone jail broke it and was able to quick reply from the lock screen without actually unlocking my phone. Anyone know of any app? Also I'm on dn3 rom

Textra, sms popup and Chomp to name a few. Lots of the sms/text apps from the play store do quick reply. It's not like the iPhone at all with needing to jailbreak just to get a nice feature like that on the lockscreen. Android does much of this without need of root or anything special.
Edit: I currently use textra but have used almost every one of them. Chomp isn't bad either.

NILS. It shows your message on the lock screen and allows you to click it and takes you straight to the message. I still use the stock messages app

Sms popup is the bomb. It allows you to answer from the lock screen. Once done, it is still locked.

I use c locker as my lock screen and sliding messenger allowed me to quick reply. it comes up in a bubble similar to that of the chat heads from Facebook messenger
