My rom is omega v9.1 kernel is perseus kernel.
My problem is i am getting once or twice a day of system ui has stopped. I dont know why. It started occuring when i was on omega v7 i think(4.1.2)(leaked version) and a stock kernel. I usually do a clean wipe when i flash a new rom. I restore via titanium backup restore missing app and with data. I am also using ext2sd mod. Until now i am occuring this problems. What is the solution for this??

Restoring the applications via titanium backup is the issue.
Install omega with full wipe and don't restore apps.

hi,
a few days ago I installed Chobits digitalis v2. I made a back-up with cwm. But, I wanted to go back to the stock rom, so I restored the backup, but it sticks on the first boot screen(see attachment)
Then I installed chobits digitalis again and it worked. But how can i get my backup or the stock rom back without losing my data?
Thank you!
Always Make data/cache wipe before restoring a backup.
Backup your apps with Titanium Backup so you can restore them in other ROMs.
When restoring to stock ROM, if you get a bootloop then enter recovery mode, wipe data/cache and reboot.
Press 'Thanks' if I helped!

the reason i think is the kernel
you cannot restore the CWM backup because the kernel is different . go back to stock kernel first
Hi,
I still have chobits digitialis v2 and I tried to install the EVO-X2 rom. And, offcourse, I had the problem again. Can somebody tell me step by step what I have to do to install the EVO-X2 rom?
Thanks!
EDIT: Anybody?
Anybody?
You can try to format your system, then wipe data and then install the rom

I currently have cm 9 installed and my phone cannot answer calls unless I am in landscape mode. I can make calls however the screen stays frozen. Screen rotation only works in apps and not on nova launcher. I did a fresh install of cm 9 rc 1 and akop and odin back to stock and still had the same issues. Any help would be appreciated.

I would backup my apps either using titanium or rom toolbox, then go to recovery and wipe data and cache re flash the rom or try a different build. Download titanium or rom toolbox and restore. If you don't want to purchase those just wipe the data and download all your apps again. But if your like me and play a lot of games the way I said about backing up your apps will allow you to keep your app data. Hope this helps good luck.

Get it to stock and take it into the store if your still having that issue on stock they should give you a new phone.

First off, I am aware there are other threads regarding this issue but there appears to be an issue with my phone that is not mentioned in other similar threads so I am starting a new one.
I just updated one of my apps and then all of a sudden my phone keeps rebooting. Having read other threads, I figured I will go in and uninstall the app and see if that fixes it. However, whenever I even try to open something like task manager or applications in settings, it freezes and then reboots again before I even get the chance to uninstall. I was able to use titanium backup to uninstall the app but still no luck, it still reboots.
So I go into cwm recovery mode and I am just going to wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, etc. since I have a backup of the rom ready. But the phone freezes and then reboots right when it begins the factory reset process.
So now what is there left to do but to download the stock ICS rom or a custom rom, whichever, and use odin to install the md5 file.
Is there anything else I should try before I attempt to just flash to stock (or custom) rom using odin?
Thanks for your help!
Try this;
Download and flash tdj's darkside super wipe
Flash Jedi Mind Trick v3 ROM
Flash tdj's darkside cache wipe
Reboot and Wait for like 10 mins for the ROM to settle and then reboot.
And don't restore app with data in titanium. First try restoring apps only. Later on restore data for important apps.

I decided just to odin back to stock. Better to work with a fresh OS again instead of restoring what was still probably a buggy rom.
But thanks for your input.
Alright. You're welcome. Good luck.

Did you factory reset (or wipe data) prior to flashing the ROM?
Yup I always do that. Always
Sounds like you're restoring the same "wrong" system data with Titanium Bkup on every rom you flash.
good day.

You say you install system data? What do you mean by that? Are you using something like titanium backup?
My guess is that there is something wrong with your ROM install procedure though, since this problem persists across multiple ROMs. If it were just one app, or just one ROM then the problem could be app or ROM related. But when there are multiple apps, and multiple ROMs that leads me to think this.
Perhaps you can use logcat to find the problem, if you are sure your installation method is good.
I had the same problem when i installed ParanoidAndroid rom.
Then when i flashed sny other rom systemui always was crashing.
The only way out of it was to flash stock image with full wipe.

Anybody has any idea how to rectify S Note error? Flashed and new rom and it gone wacky. Restore it with previously working rom wont work either. the error still occurs.

Looks like a wiping issue. Did you wipe dalvik/cache/data/factory reset and restored backup?
