I'm glad something is out to shut some people up but I just feel it was rushed out I rather yall don't cave to the pressure waited till the build was more stable then release it but I'm sure the flasholics will be happy for 5 minutes then I can see all the this doesn't work post or when will u fix this LOL

Can not wait to port my minimal black and white theme to this joint

Wow. Just seeing an Alpha of CM9 working on my E4GT gives me chills. Way to go devs.

CM9 is ICS in other words? So it will developed enough to be daily ROM?

Anyone try this yet? I loved CM7 on my EVO and miss it. Haven't rooted my ET yet but will when CM9 is stable enough. Though might make the jump when they get GPS working, which sounds like will be coming soon. Good to hear 4G is working.

Is this ROM safe to flash?

Pretty simple and very noob question here...but as I was browsing around on Whitehawkx's goo.im, I came across what i THINK is the newest JB aokp build [aokp_d2tmo_jb-build-1-0729.zip]..however I could be wrong. It is for the phone "d2tmo" which I am pretty sure is for our Galaxy S3 T999's, however I just want to confirm before I flash it.
If someone could confirm or offer any feedback that would be great - thanks!

I ran this build for a while, but I had an issue with the led light continuously blinking after receiving messages, and also couldn't get the nav bar to work. Let me know if you guys figure that out... Otherwise it's a fantastic build

Do you know if this has any in- call audio problems? I thought I remembered either this build or another cm10 Rom had issues with call audio. Anyway, is this fixed? Thanks.. I wanna flash this if it's all good!

No call issues at the moment, however on the latest build 8/1, there is a FC problem with google search & google now. It'll probably be fixed in the next release as whitehawkx is aware of the issue and is most likely working on a solution for it.

He reported on twitter that he was aware of the issue. Haptic feedback is an issue as well and little other things here and there. A couple more releases and I see a stable build in our future!

sound problem

the volume though headphones is very quite. i ride something called a freebord and i couldnt ever hear my wheels now i can. i have beats and know its not mu head phones. i know its been a bug for a bit now on jb roms but has anything changed or anyone know how to fix this or if there is a fix some where? im new to the gs2 side of xda i came from a photon and i love my loud music. thanks for your help

Think you should have posted this in a jb thread :banghead: do some reading, it seems like on the latest cm10 nightly the volume issue has been fix

[Q] T989 w/ AOKP Microphone Sounds Terrible for Call Recipient

I am not sure if this is a general T989 issue, an AOKP issue, or some other issue. But has anyone else had people complain that they sound very extremely bad when you are talking to them on the phone? I hear it enough that it makes me think there may be some audio issues with my phone. Thoughts?

Phone... Settings... Noise suppression.
That resolves problems for 95% of users. The next step is flashing alternative radios to see if one works better for you.

He's right completely. I had the same problem even after noise suppression was enabled. Went back to UVLE1 and all was fine.

i already disabled noise suppression, however i been told i sound gargled. so i rolled back to a tw rom. would be interested to hear how other people fixed it. i was using CM10, and AOKP CM10 M1. both had the same issue. when i am on stock, or Jedi mind trick, this issue disappears.

[Q] Flashable JB

So last night everyone was saying that we would have a Flashable JB for rooted and unlocked devices. Well its 1 P.M. and nothing. Does anyone have a time frame for when this will happen and Devs that might be almost complete anything like that?

Well we had a few people working on it and ran into some errors. I would give it a timeframe of tonight to either give devs a full day to work on it or most of them work during the day, so they could work on it tonight.

Sort of, I don't build ROM's or anything but MOD's and what not. But I have been talking with devs and it is being worked on.

what kind of mods are being worked on for JB?

Can we see any roms with this new jelly bean update within the week? Cause I heard developers were holding back until jelly bean was released?

Jelly Bean was released last night.lol

I've looked the update over and the only issue I see in making a zip is the radio. If twrp can do a Qualcomm radio flash then all someone would need is a system dump the update and an ICS ROM. Then a flashable jb could be made. If no one else does this by the time I update to jb I'll do it. But I would like a tester to try going back to ICS via rom from jb to test if ICS works on the new radio.

Not sure if it was supposed to sound rude but to me Sounds rude I apologize if i am wrong. Please stop asking when. Its done when its done. Deving isn't as easy as it seems. I know they said they would have it at a certain time but their working with new software its been out a day please be patient. And stop acting like your paying your workers to get the job done when you want it. Keep in mind that what devs do here is time consuming and free.
