Help with stock rom - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II

I can only flash with Odin.
I can't find the right rom to unroot and take the phone back to stock.
I'm on Tmobile USA version and don't want to flash the wrong file. Ther are so many out there, I don't know which one is the right one.
Someone please point me to the correct file to flash with Odin.
Thanks!

Return to stock via odin?

I rooted my phone yesterday using the toolkit from the development forums. I created a backup of my stock ROM before I flashed anything new but apparently I messed that up b.c trying to restore that, the toolkit told me I have no restore files. Anyway I flashed the unofficial cm10 build and I am having some radio issues, so I wanted to go back to stock until a more official build comes out. I have tried doing that through the toolkit a few times but it continues to fail.
Looking around online I found the stock ROM from Google and dl'd it (mysid-imm76k-factory-98d21321.tar is the file) I am pretty noobish when it comes to flashing stuff and i have never seen a .tar but I found that Odin can flash .tar. so my plan was to get the odin app flash that file and hope I did everything okay.
A couple questions: is this going to work okay? Do I need to flash kernels or radios or anything else or is this a complete return to stock? Will this keep me rooted and unlocked?
you dont need ODIN.

Thank you. Don't know why I couldn't find that.
Any chance you could explain what odin is/.tar files are? And how they are different?

Return to stock

I've searched around and found only 1thread on returning to stock and it seems to assume you are running a modified stock rom, and uses a few different apps to acheive Stock status. I'm looking for a stock odin file that I can boot into download mode and flash and be returned to stock. Does that exist? I'm currently running CleanRom 4.8 with CWM recovery. I'm trading my Note 2 in tomorrow for the GS4 and need it back stock! Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks!
Kind of a confusing post... Just flash the stock file in odin...

When you FLASH a STOCK file in ODIN your system status will NO longer say modified, not sure what you were reading but they were incorrect.

Exactly what I'm looking for, is that 4.1.1 or 4.1.2? Thanks in advance!

[Q] Going from New Baseband to Old?

My question is would I be able to put my device into download mode, then flash the tar file that will bring me back to unrooted 4.1.1 stock without bricking my phone?
Also, does anybody know if I can go from 4.1.2 rooted and flash this:

Yes, just download the correct version and flash. There is a flashable for recovery and one for root just in cane you want one and not the other.

Think I screwed up

Good day! I apologize if this is in the wrong section. I have searched for 3 dyas now and cannot find anything. I am no stranger to rooting and putting roms on phones. With that said, I downloaded and installed a rom (Infamous 6.0). I am trying to sell the phone and need to know how to get back to stock from this. I tried to odin the stock rom on the phone and got an error that said to go to kies and ... well I can't remember exactly what it said. after about 3 different tries I could not do anything with odin or the phone. I was lucky enough to reinstall infamous via Odin, and everything is back to normal. Going through the rom I found that I miss read and it is not in fact for my phone, but for the S4. I thought it would give me 4.4. Anyway. I basically need help to get it back to stock and root so I can sell this thing. Please help!
Download 4.3 firmware and flash with Odin, it shouldn't give you a message about kies.. And the ROM was likely not for the S4, otherwise you would probably be bricked, hardware is different

Ok. That's good to know. I appreciate the quick response. Now, any chance to point me in the right direction?
In the development section there is a thread containing firmwares, download the one for your device and flash it with Odin. Instructions are posted there if you need help with that

I really doubt that there is anything like you have described for
the Note 3 device, if there was you would have already found it.
Why not simply do it like everyone else and odin flash the
latest Note 3 N900T official stock firmware and then root
the phone and flash twrp recovery.
Once that's done you will be able to flash any of the current
custom roms available in this forum without any issues.
Good luck!
