Wrong section and you have just kinda answered your own question

Sorry about placing it in the wrong section but I don't see why they're not compatibpe because the connectors are the same

same same but different as they say... ur at&t one x screen might be the same size and same connectors but it has a lower screen resolution and so they're not compatible ... maybe try to sell it on ebay for like $20

Or maybe the cheap ones from ebay just have different logos. I looked up the international and us one x they seem to have the same resolution. Asfar as size it states that there's a little difference but the screens I have are all the same size. Just trying to confirm my points. I'm I correct

Has anyone had any success with onex screen repair?

I dropped my onex and managed to break the screen. I replaced it with a galaxy note 2 but I still love the onex and would like to salvage it for use with my second line.
Has anyone had any success with having the the onex screen repaired?

I dropped mine too and replaced the screen myself. If you have a little experience you won't find it difficult. Btw you can watch many how to videos on YouTube and find fairly cheap genuine replacements on eBay.

I never did it myself, there are several guides on YouTube but I think the most crucial step is ordering the right part ie screen+digitizer already put together and not one of those parts seperately.
most likely only your digitizer is broken, not the screen itself but it is rely hard to place a new digitizer yourself, a big chance of misalignment or capturing air or dust
I have ordered mine from ebay screen+digitizer together, i tryed first to detach the digitizer but i broke the lcd its almost imposible to do so...believe me im quite skillfull with electronics.
Replaced two broken touches + lcds in my service. No problems, but this is my work
I replaced the screened on my atrix with a so called genuine one from eBay but it scratched right up in a few days so I'm guessing it wasn't quite as genuine gorilla glass as the original.

Try cleaning alcohol.
Will pick some up when in town next. Work good?

I recommend you Isopropanol.
Recently I needed to replace the back of my hox so I had one extra spare to try on, I also tried the logo.
I use it to clean camera bodies and lenses as well.
You can buy it on ebay, it's not so expensive and handy to clean all kind of plastic.
I just use antibacterial wipes, the same ones I use for my laptops. Comes up a treat - like new.
Cheers.

I never used to case phones, then I dropped my first HOX, now I got a silicon case for my second HOX.
I find the HOX very slippy and this case gives great grip and doesn't add much to the size.
It was only a few quid on amazon.
I had one on my white one a while ago but thought it made it a bit ugly. Do cases from the a t t variant fit ours? Thdres one they have I'd happily use. Same makers from one I had on my nexus was lush

[Q] Broken Screen- Cheap replacement?

Hey guys my one x took a tumble and the screen is cracked all over. I called htc usa and they said it'll cost 200 dollars to fix. I do not have that kind of money but it breaks my heart to see that beautiful screen cracked. Have you guys managed to get it replaced for cheaper anywhere in the USA?
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/s/ref=i...acement+screen&sprefix=htc+one+x+replacement+
There is some screen replacement on amazon, you should try it out, but if only if you are sure you can install them correctly, diy kind of things.

You can probably contact your american comrades better here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1538
This forum is for international one x.

Note II for a HTC One X+ and $225

I know a guy who wants to trade.my HTC one x+ and $225 for a Note II, is that a fair trade or is he ripping me off?
Sent from my HTC EVARE_UL using xda app-developers app
Its a deffinet rip-off! The OneX+ is a new device & 225 £ to pay and trade... f...k me,now thats a rip-off 4 shore :what: . Dont do it
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
I think they have a equal price.
Not sure but just think.
So it's a rip off.
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
And maybe his one x looks like a 3 years old phone?
Best regards
Sifou
Using a Samsung N7100
Don't. They're both somewhat equally priced perhaps the one x+ a bit more depending on where you are. I'd say sell your phone, get a reasonable price and add the difference and buy a brand new note 2. It's really part of the experience getting.it straight out of the box untouched.

HTC One Replacement Parts

I know that the HTC One was rated 1/10 by iFixit repair but for those who are curious about HTC One replacement parts, I've came across some.
HTC One Replacement Parts
I would love to be able to swap out my front top and bottom covers for the black ones. But I don't dare.
There's a guy on YouTube that has videos showing how to do it.
It's a lengthy process and fairly difficult, but he manages to do it many times and made a T-Mobile HTC one red.
