Hi!
I'm a new proud user of Xperia Ion and I search, since I've it, for displaying the remaining percentage of battery aside of the battery icon.
My phone isn't rooted and I don't want to root it.
Thank you in advance everyone !

I use this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.darshancomputing.BatteryIndicator
It places the battery display on the top left corner; I don't think it's possible to do anything with the stock icon without rooting and deodexing.
Thank you but I donn't like to have anything on the left side

Just got an ion as an upgrade to my captivate. I was wondering how I would be able to display battery percentage with those tweaks you guys talked about. I'm on an ion from Rogers (lt28i) it is currently rooted but bl is locked and I can't unlock it. How would I go about doing this? Thanks, the help, Sony phones are much different than what I'm used to.

Could you link me to a working battery icon mod that shows percentage inside the icon, that works for the Xperia S, for the .50 official ICS firmware?
This one?

You'll have to edit your framework.jar for this one to work on Xperia S stock ROM
I don't know about easier alternatives

Nope, I want one that looks the same as the stock one but with the % inside the icon. I remember there was one for the XS but I can't find it anywhere.

Googling 'battery mod xperia s' brings me to this thread:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1687111
A bit weird that it's in the Xperia P, U, Sola, Go Themes and Apps subforum though.

Because when they split the forum's from Xperia S only they never moved all the topics properly

I'm looking for a mod that puts the % number inside the stock battery icon. I had this mod on the Xperia Ray and I remember there was one for the XS. I'm thankful for you trying to help me, but all the mods you linked are those god awful circles and other ugly ass mods.
Check this out

Greetings peers,
Re: On-screen-buttons for stock .587 (Arc).
I have been away for some time due to the fact I have an Xperia V (LT25i) now since December 2012. It is a very nice phone but I miss the modding of my good old Arc and the development/modding of Xperia V is not so advanced yet. :crying:
Please help me to find a working on-screen-button mod for my Arc (LT15i), I was looking in the Themes and Apps forum here, but the ones at the first and second page I tried was not working for me, it gave me bootloop after flashing it with CWM.
Please direct me to a post where I can download this mod for a clean stock .587 :good:
Ps. Xperia V has terrible battery life with Jelly Bean, but we are hoping for a firmware update and fix one day.
