LTE in Manhattan Beach (SoCal) - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note II

I just noticed my 4G icon is lit up on my Note 2, and a speed test shows faster than my usual 3G speeds (pics below, now the 4G badge up top).

Question about CM10.1 and LTE and other connections.

I just picked up a SGS4 yesterday and immediately put CM10.1 on it. My main question is when will I know I'm connected to the LTE network. I've seen 4 different ones next to the signal indicator. I've seen 4G, WC, H+, H and E. I know what H+, H, and E all represent. But unsure of what networks the 4G and WC represent.
4g is you lte. Not sure about ws.

This would be a good place to start.
I have my epic touch on Verizon also. I used a cheap $15 gusto flip phone for the donor.
