I have heard that you guys are experiencing the same as the Shift forum, people upgrading and forum members dwindling... I have gotten a lot of help from the devs on this forum and wanted to give back. I have a CM10 ROM on the Shift with the v6 SuperCharger baked in, I was wondering if you guys would be interested. If so, can somebody direct me to your most stable CM10 ROM so I can port it over?

I've got MazWoz on my laptop actually, I tried to port it when we first got JB, didn't work but it should work as a base. Hmm I will definitely need some testers seeing as I do not own this device. It may take some time, I was just wondering if there was interest in it. It is pretty stable on the Shift, the only bugs reported have been 4G(of course) and BT Calling.I have got the latest Netflix working according to two of my testers who had accounts.
I'll test for you whenever its ready

I can test for you as well. Still got my EVO.
Alright gentleman I will start on it soon I am in the process of updating to v5 and when that is done I will port it over. I have ported a few things from the EVO to the Shift including: SmurfMod9, RemICS, ACEics, Halo, JellyBread and SonicFlame but this is my first time doing it the other way around, be gentle lol. I also have an ICS mashup called Shifty Bastard that I can port over.
Here is the thread link so you can check it out:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2024749

That's why I originally got it, I was coming from a BlackBerry and wasn't sure about touchscreens lol. While the keyboard is nice, I'm going with the Optimus G when I upgrade in a couple months, unless HTC gets their ish together and come out with a quad core on Sprint.
I heard the butterfly was coming to sprint. Its the non verizon version of the dna. Its supposed to be sweeeeeeet. I've heard good things about the optimus g, but I'm just not to sure about having an lg phone

Dear Devs,
I love the work you guys do. You spend your own free time to make our phones better, and dont ask for much in return. So thanks for that. But i think we have too many sense 3.5 roms. we need some variety. So if you guys feel like working on some really good AOSP roms or something, im sure the dinc 2 community would eat them alive.
PS- im not trying to sound like im complaining too much or anything. I just wanted to voice my opinion on the matter. Im sure you devs love to hear some consumer feedback on your products.
Why don't you try making one? Not sarcastic, a serious suggestion. I'm only here for another month sadly.

Rezound is s-off pending release.. I would get it too, but I can't upgrade till next year.

I'm going nexus! YAYAYAYAYAY! I love AOSP and the nexus is PERFECT for me. Rezound = the devil for me.
I just couldn't upgrade to a phone that's been out for almost half a year already. Are you getting the nexus galaxy?
I've got an alpha 3.6 Rom I could release this weekend, if anyone's interested in helping to fix bugs?
Works well, but there are issues to fix... Ie, phone reboots when the screen is off... I've been out of active development for a while, but I'm willing to toss something out there...

Ok, I'll upload a test Rom tomorrow and post it. Everything seems to work fine, just no backlights, camera and reboots on screen off. Other than that, its functional. Calls work (as long as you don't shut the screen off), sms/mms and WiFi... I'm setting up aroma installer for it now and working on the framework decompile to fix the backlights. The reboots I'm stumped on, though...

I'll hit you up when I have it uploaded. I'm uploading what I'm using now, so it won't be any official release till tomorrow afternoon (when I get off work). I'll list all the bugs and such in the OP when I get it up.
I haven't really had any motivation to keep active on here lately, just a lot of home to deal with and I don't like having to break out for months at a time leaving everyone hanging... Don't know how much I can put into this, but what the heck, I'll try anyway. The Inc2 will probably be official ICS 3.6 by the time all the bugs are worked out, though... lol.
Here's a little taste...

@knipp21- you lucky ducky, and thanks for serving our country. my dads in the military so i know what deployment does to a family.
@Linch89- The inc 4g is crap, barley an upgrade and the "metal" coating on the one x and one s is peeling off on phones. HTC is having to recall them and give the customers ones that are fixed. Thats why as of right now the rezound is a pretty good upgrade. PLus since its been out so long its got a pretty good dev community from what ive heard, never took a look for myself.
@macrodroid- haha i JUST saw that post for your rom. ill try it as soon as it at least goes beta since its still alpha.
Thanks for all the replies its a good disscussion
First off, I would just like to thank all the devs who have worked like mad men on giving all us dinc users some delicious Ice Cream Sandwich, for without your amazing work I surely would have thrown my phone in a fit of rage into a wall a loooong time ago. Now, even though there's no official word yet, until later this morning , I think it's safe to assume that Jellybean will end up being named Android OS 4.1 instead of 5.0 (ICS, but with improvements). With all of this in mind, is it possible that we could actually get some JB love? I understand that we'll have to wait until they release the source code to know for sure, but with what we've heard so far it sounds like it actually could be possible. Idk, am I just missing something obvious here?
P.S. I'm asking this mostly because I'm trying to get my posts # up (I'm new here, be nice), although I'd love if we could entertain this thought for a moment. I think I only have like 2 posts so far (cuz I ACTUALLY search for stuff, WOW!!!!) so bear with me, please and thank you!

Updates will probably be every few days at first after I add and test etc .. Also depending on when internet is available for uploading. Where I'm living ATM has ****ty dial up internet and tethering doesn't do much since signal isn't that great. I'm working on some additional tweaks and theming now to get it where I want it. I need some perspective here. I have been rockin Jelly Thunder RC4 (which happens to now be closed with no links to RC4) since late January and have had no desire to flash anything else. Prior to attaching myself to JT, I was simply a flashaholic like most of us. I have this rom tweaked and setup to completely satisfy my needs.
A few days ago, I called myself looking around. I did a nandroid of my current setup in anticipation of flashing one of the newest latest greatest roms. Ultimately, I couldn't do it. Am I missing anything out there right now? There appears to be a wealth of activity and some great looking roms buzzing with activity. Are there any other rogue JT RC4 uses out there that can relate to where I am right now? Do I need therapy? Lol... I absolutely love this rom. Sadly, it was abandoned but the developer abandoned a masterpiece.

JT was a great rom. I'm a flashaholic though so I change my roms like my underwear, a couple time a week. (I kid, I kid).
But for me newest clean rom is worth a try. It uses the newest international rom and is super smooth and great battery with lots of mods and themes floating around.
I also keep back ups of Jedi and Team Zodiac's rom. Both good choices.
Roms are opinion based of course but I don't see how you've kicked the need to flash.

Ascension Oblivion - Inc S OTA Base (4.14.405 OTA)
Link: http://d-h.st/ilr ** UPDATED LINK! **
This is an update to the IC Tazz and Arctic Rom's, based on the Inc S OTA 4.14.405 and fitted for our CDMA Device!
Everything is working on this Rom, with exception to Facebook for HTC Sense... I'm working on this, but it's not exactly a big issue. Kernel Source is based still on the Chinese Leak, stock, but I would definitely recommend flashing one of the OC Kernels after flashing this Rom!
I will follow up with adding links to the Inc S Mods for this Rom (from the Second Sun Inc S Forum Thread) as well as an Aroma Mod Package (Will contain all the Mods, plus De-Sense and anything else I can think of to add!). I will also have a Revert to Stock Option for users that want to switch back...
Enjoy!

Basically, anything over 88 Degrees and the screen refuses to come back on. So, 10 minutes in the freezer with the back open and the battery out usually gets it useable again... Past it's warranty, and we've already bought 2 batteries for this in the past 3 months... Something is screwy, but Verizon says it's my problem, so I guess my son has to deal with it till December!
BTW, I still haven't fixed the facebook for sense ordeal yet, but I do have an update for this to clean up some other issues I found... Should have it up tonight. Facebook for sense and a Mod script, I'm hoping by the weekend...
Sweet can't wait

It might very well be my phone... I've had market issues, Facebook, alarms, fm radio, etc... The phone I'm developing with overheats quick. I keep it on an ice pack when I flash Rom's...
Has anyone had any problems on this build?
