I have a N7100 brought in FRANCE but my phone do not recognizes handwriting in portuguese!? Only in other languages like ENGLISH (UK), KOREAN (KR), do you know if i flash a the POLAND ROM, does it will recognize it in PORTUGUESE?!?

Ok here's the deal I had my Desire HD replaced by my insurance company and they gave me a euro model which doesn't support the language English (United Kingdom) only English (Spanish) or English (Portuguese).
Wasn't problems as I rooted and used a custom Rom which game me English UK option.
However now after flashing the official update to Sense 3 etc I'm back to not being able to select English UK.
Any idea's on how to get official ROM updates to support all languages???
I've bought my Note 2 in Sweden, it was never rooted.
When downloading Hungarian language for the samsung keyboard, the "T" (handwriting) mode doesn't show up (however, there are reviews that it should work).
For other languages it works.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

I had to upload the XEF (france) ROM in order to work. XEH ROM (the Hungarian) didn't work Strange.

I have the N7105 from Singapore. I have choosen Greek as the default language but the specific rom doesn't support Greek handwritting (doesn't even load Greek keyboard).
Do you know if there are any N7105 roms available that support Greek handwritting or can at least provide stock keyboard in greek? I can find roms from Germany, Sweeden, Portugal and UK.

Try MultiLing Keyboard on the Play store, perhaps? Mine is an SGH-T889 which does not natively support Greek but I have been able to use third-party keyboards (including this one)
A friend gave me a device american t-mobile. I installed European rom and i selected Greece. How can i have greek menu? Is there any patch with greek menu language (*.cab)?

is there any firmware with other language french italian arabic ...... especially french i am in 4.4.2 and the tablet wont downgrade with odin I can install only 4.4.2
