I believe it's the uccw clock widget (ultimate clock widget - found in play store).

Its based on Motorola's circles widget. Yeah there is a uccw skin, as well as an app called last clock widget or something. Motos still better though you can use it with their launcher

Anyone know of a weather widget that actually moves on the homescreen. Like wp8 live tiles?

The weather widget from the Sony Experia is animated. It's in Jovy's new ROM.

Dling now but im pretty sure that weather widget is dependant on the experia launcher and I'm running a Windows 8 style launcher.

Yep, as i suspected, weather widget is Dependant on the xperia launcher.
