When ever I get a voicemail. It always sends it to txt. It never goes in the voicemail app. Has anyone had this problem. It doesn't matter what rom I am on. I tried a couple.

Are you using Google voice? If so, that replaces the voicemail app.
Long press 1 in the dialer to retrieve your voice mail.

I am not using Google voice. I k ow I can press 1 to get my VM. But I miss the voicemail app

So I enabled voice cmd and checked answer and reject for incoming phone calls. It doesn't work for me.. I say answer 50 times and nothing
Turn off vibrate in phone settings.
You need to have that off in order for voice cmd to work.

Texts are typically auto deleted after 200 messages. However I know of no way to count them specifically

Google voice (GrooVe IP) I remember hearing that you could do both but it would screw up your ability to receive google voice calls on your phone, something like that. Anyway, I use google voice to send and receive txt msgs on my N7 all the time.
I use tablet talk paired with my phone.
