Hi guys, I recently tried transferring a file from a S3 to my GN on CM10 and I couldn't manage to get I'll right.
The devices connected, but the file transfer didn't start at all. Instead, it show this message on the S3 "file send failed: file receive not supported" (or something similar, I don't remember exact words).
Did someone have problems like this?

Searching in the forums I found about "WiFi shoot" which may solve the problem. I purchased the full app, in order to send any type of files, but will a friend of mine be able to receive them if he/her uses the free version?

I just got an HTC Desire CDMA through Cox Communications and their new Wireless Phone branch. I rooted my phone as soon as I got it. I could never send pictures for some reason. When I get a picture, I click download, but it never does. I had my original Desire replaced today because the SD reader was broken. Before I rooted my phone I tested sending and receiving. It worked. I thought it was coincidental so I rooted my phone. Low and behold, I can no longer send or receive pictures. When I try to send I get message send failed, generic network failure or something. How can rooting cause this? I even rooted it and tried it on the stock ROM without changing a single thing.
Anyone? I've looked into the whole APN thing, but Cox just started their wireless so I can't find their APN settings anywhere. And there is no APNs listed on my brothers Desire, which has had nothing done to it.
Hi all
I have a problem when trying to transfer files using NFC from samsung galaxy s4 to htc one x. Play store is opened with following text "item not found". When i'm sending anything to s4 it is working without any problem.
Does anyone has any idea why might be the problem? I suppose that since the transfer to s4 works, it should work both ways...
Thanks
Hey everyone, my carrier is Straight Talk using SIM. I was using my Samsung Galaxy S3 up until the phone started to fail. I just transfer over my sim card over to my S4. Both are T-Mobile phones. For some reason when I try to make calls I get an error message stating "Not register on network". I even tried to unlock and root my phone, but I am not savvy to attempt anything further without help. I am not sure what the problem is, but the phone is in new condition. It is either the service or the OS of the phone. Can anyone help me?
Either your device is blacklisted or depending how straight talk works, your device may not be on your account.. How did you purchase the device?
Hey guys, I'm looking for a solution for couple of weeks now, and actually feel stupid.. I remember finding this option on my old S4 mini but cannot find it on th G3
So, the problem is, whenever I call somebody, a popup comes up and asks whether I want to make an Internet call or cell phone call. I want this removed, change to cell phone by default but cannot find the option anywhere..
I've tried uploading a picture but it prevented me as I'm a new user on the forum
Please help.
Hi,
On the Galaxy Note 4, the Quick Connect application does not update.
I still have this error message: “Product does not exist in this store (4002)”.
And if I do not put the application uptodate, I can not use, because the message back each time...
Does anyone know what to do?
Thank you
That is a new one on me. Only thing I could think would be contact Google with the error code
Hi
I contacted Samsung, they tell me that the error comes from store Samsung and they advise me to block the automatic update but it is not best thing because I will block all. And Quick Connect + Quick Connect interaction is not found (program and update)...
Thread moved to Q&A where it should have been posted originally. Please post in the correct sections, thanks.
