I'm unbranded/unlocked on Vodafone in the UK.

Why open a new thread for this when there are already loads of Jellybean threads? Restart your phone and then check for updates again and Jellybean update should be there.
Yea just searched and the small OTA was there and then did a restart and JB was there.
Virgin/Optus Australia...........

Do it the RUU way, doesn't kill your warranty and is as easy as taking a dump

I don't quite understand. If i do it the RUU way, doesn't that mean i won't be able to update via OTA anymore, will i?
Yes you will, it just means you jump this OTA
And you'll also wipe the phone but at least you'll be up-to-date

Nice to hear that ... hopefully operators will be able soon to push the update out for branded devices!

Vodafone branded One X, nothing here... Is this just for unbranded handsets?
Now those with branded handsets (Voda, O2, etc.) just have to hope that the operators were given the update back at the start of the month along with everyone else and have been working on it for two weeks, so we'll get our updates in a day or two. It will be a nightmare if they've also just received everything today and branded owners will have to wait three weeks to get this...

Yes, for now...
Well, first impressions are that the screen flicker is more noticeable than before but then I'd kinda half expected that from reading other comments on here. Not really noticed anything else yet, it's a bit early to say.

Lost another 1GB memory space though...
Just got UK 1.29 (finally) but rebooting Sense has lost me another 1GB of memory space (see other threads re the same)....

Look, if you are on a BRANDED handset (Orange, 3, 02 or Voda) you WON'T HAVE the update yet because it has to first be passed approved by your network, which can take weeks. The best we can hope for is that they have been working on it since the beginning of May, when it was released...

You got to flash stock recovery, relock bootloader, and flash RUU. Than wait for OTA. Do update and unlock again. And so on.

I'm unbranded, were talking about 1.29.401.11, not the 1.29.401.7.
I repeat the question about the sd card space loss.
Yes I know. Read the rest of the forum, it's a week old.
Your obviously not high on the download list, it only does 3000 per day.

30k per day, so they say.
This did only hit the UK today, and yes it does fix the sd issue, and screen flickering but it will take up to 14 days to recalibrate, and yes, there are other threads already.

Just a quick FYI guys. If you own an Optus branded HOX you can download 1.29.980.11 ota.
I can't really comment on any fixes yet as my only problem has been WiFi honestly. Will report back once I've used WiFi a little.

Anyone received 4.0.4 update for Optus HOX?
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
I'm with Virgin here in Australia and recently, i mailed them and asked about their plans to update our phones to Android 4.0.4 with Sense 4.1. Their reply strongly gave me the impression that they didn't even know of an existing update or even what the term "base" means. It makes me glad that i unlocked my bootloader and rooted my phone so that i wouldn't have to wait for their slow service to catch up.
I'm with virgin but my cid is Optus.
You might have the same meaning Optus will be pushing it.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
So have you heard when they are pushing the update?
No mate. Early September on their site but who knows? I don't even care as 1.29 is running well for me.

I can't get any updates (not even the first one) despite being on wifi since first boot. I've gone into settings->about device->update and it tells me everything is up to date.
