Hello, I cannot use CWM Recovery on my chinese galaxy note 2 even though it is the GT-N7100 series. Chinese firmware ZCALJ6. I have root already, I have rom manager 5.5 and CWM Recovery version 6.0.1.9. Whenever I want to boot into it, I get the standard android recovery instead. All I want to do is just fully backup my device. Please Help.

my galaxy dont starts...its trying but after 2min its rebootung to the recovery!
i cant flash anymore...and cant use another recovery also the stock rom!
have anyone a idea?

Can you get into download mode. If so, do a full wipe than install stock rom. Make sure your data is backed up first

I just rooted my Samsung Galaxy tab pro 10.1 with SM-T520 on it.
But i cant acces SWM recovery mode, every time is gets in the standard 3e recovery mode.
Hope you guys can help me with this. cause i cant flash roms now i need a backup first.

I use TWRP.
Install Flashify on Google play. Install in Flashify TWRP. Sucess..

I wanna install TWRP recovery ( Since CWM isn't available for the neo n7505 .. )
But, there's a thing keeping me away from this installation.
Is there any way, i can get back to the stock recovery if I install this TWRP Recovery?

Hello, i'm new in custom recovery etc. My problem is. I have Alcatel OT4027D(pixi 3 4.5 3g) with TWRT and installed cyanogenmod 12.1 . This version for my phone has too much bugs so i decided to get new custom rom (this https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=65298270&postcount=629). But the problem is, this rom needs to be flashed by CWM and i get TWRM installed. How can i change TWRP to CWM. Can this video helps to work? I would like to know how I can install TWRP on a samsung galaxy s4 mini?
- S4 mini 4G LTE (international version serranoltexx)
- Odin latest version
- I use the serranoltexx variant of TWRP .md5
I use Odin latest version and the TWRP version of XDA: But every time I try to get into TWRP get stock recovery, with FAIL:
First I still had the set of warrenty bit recovery fail. But that is now gone.
Someone who can help me? This is because it wants to install LOS on it, so it works better than the stock ROM.
Flash TWRP
I also had the same problem, but i solved it by flashing CWM first, and then, using CWM, i flashed TWRP (custom-twrp-3.2.0-1-serranoltexx-STABLE-signed.zip). With it i flashed LineageOS 15.1 (lineage-15.1-20180222-UNOFFICIAL-serranoltexx.zip) with no problem.
Root with Kingoroot and flash .img file with Flashify
