[Q] Copy/paste causing random crashes - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

This is getting irritating. I've tried to factory reset but problem won't go away. Whenever I copy paste stuff my phone crashes randomly. I'm getting random reboots. I'm not rooted. Phone is stock with 4.1.1 from tmobile. Anyone else experience this? Like it does it randomly but I've noticed it always happens when I'm copying or pasting something.

Galaxy Nexus Random Freezes and Reboots

I've got a Verizon G'NEX and I flashed DroidViscious's 4.1.1v1 rom with Franco's kernel about a month ago and everything was smooth sailing up until last week. I've been experiencing random instances of my screen freezing for about 10 seconds followed by my device rebooting. Upon startup right after a reboot I can enter my pattern lock and then it freezes immediately after and reboots (I can tell it's responsive during the unlocking of the pattern because of the haptic feedback). This will happen several times before I'm able to get back to the homescreen without it freezing.
I thought there was a problem with the rom since it was an older build Jelly Bean so I wiped the device and flashed the latest build of Pete's BuglessBeast using his default kernel hoping that would solve the problem. Unfortunately it didn't. I'm still experiencing these random freezes and reboots and the only way I can get it to boot without freezing is to pull the battery out for a couple of minutes and try again.
I'm wondering if the device is thinking it's getting too hot so it shuts down but I don't really have any way of knowing (it happens a lot when I'm in the car or when the phone is charging). Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is and how to resolve it? Or any ideas on how I can debug the problem myself? It's happening fairly often now when I need my phone the most.
The phone isn't even a year old so if relock the bootloader and return it to stock it should be covered under warranty still if there's a hardware issue.
Well, this problem seems to be exclusive to Jelly Bean. I reverted back to ICS and everything seems to be fine. Is anyone else having this problem with Jelly Bean roms?
yeah I get alot of random reboots and some freezes here and there. not sure what it is. but i have to gsm version gnex.

Random folders opening up.

For the last few days, whenever I close an app back to the homescreen, a random folder opens up, even if I wasn't using an app from said folder. I restarted my phone when it started happening and it seemed to fix it, but now it's happening again.
Had anyone encountered this?
Bump
Really? No one has encountered this before? It's driving me batty!

Phone randomly opens apps

A guy at work has passed me his HOX running stock 4.2.2. He describes it as possessed as it will randomly take photos, open apps, call people etc. The phone is wiped now and seems OK for now but has anyone else seen this. I have permission to flash it as he has written it off and got a new phone.
Could be a screen digitizer issue but since you say its gone after a reflash then I doubt.

(Log cat included) G3 crashes randomly ever after wipe

Maybe someone here can help me. My Verizon LG G3 has been crashing and rebooting like crazy. I have uninstalled apps, wiped everything, changed ROMS and nothing is working. It tends to crash more often when I in some sort of web browser and am touching the screen.
I have attached two logs (one is zipped because it was too big). I have looked over them, but I can't see what CAUSES the crash.
Might be a faulty battery
If you have any friend with a working G3, borrow their battery to replace yours for a test run of a few minutes. My phone behaved exactly like that with the reboots getting more and more frequent until it couldn't even complete the boot.

Random Reboots

I still haven't figured it out. My phone randomly reboots. I am running ViperOne 4.3.0(6.0.1). It will happen during games, apps or just when I barely use it. Is there anyway to fetch a log to see what's causing the reboot?(IE. Where would I find this log?)
