[Q] Can the 4.2 Camera APK be installed on ICE?

Hi,
Sorry I searched for an answer to this but didnt find a specific answer for my scenario.
Is it possible for me to try and install the 4.2 Camera apk/zip on ICS, I'm running Triune 2 ROM on 4.0.4
OR will this only work on CM/JB?

TW Rom?

Does anyone know of a ROM that has TW base with CM10 contacts app, SMS/MMS app with quick reply... then as a perk AOSP lock screen? Only first two are required. Thanks in advance!

hebrew on 4.1.2

can some one test if there is an hebrew in the 4.1.2 roms?
even if not in menu it can be activated (if present) via morelocal 2 with the setting (hebrew, iw, il)
would appreciate if someone can test this for me

I've seen many requests and given it a try, myself. Most likely not going to happen on an AOSP ROM. Once we have a TW 4.2.2 ROM, we'll probably see it, afaik
