I was wondering if their is any way know getting the photo editor software from the galaxy note on to the galaxy s3?
I know theirs more then me thinking about doing this to the galaxy s3
Is that the app where you can take a screenshot and draw on it before you send it? I would like to have that if it is

edit - actually intially just opened the photo editing app but it appears that it needs odex or some type of framework files to work.
The app opens but when you go to select an image it force closes.
I need Odin?

No odin is for flashing stock roms.
The app is dependent on some note framework files. I actually have the photo editing apk along with its dependencies
but Im not sure howdropping the files into the galaxy s3 system will affect it.
I'm sorry I meant to put odex , if I can have this amazing app on my galaxy s 3 many people would appreciate it

The only difference between the s memo and s note which s memo comes with the galaxy s3 is that on s memo you can draw pics but add no photos but you can already do that with different apps, but what I want is to have the photo editor working on my galaxy s3 from the galaxy note have the files just need to know how to get it to work

Has anyone gotten photo sphere to work on the Samsung galaxy 3? You could download the apk from pocketnow.com and then copy it to the system/app folder. I tried that and it won't install.

Not to insult but did you restart after pushing it to system? I've had apps refuse to install but once I restarted they were good to go
I downloaded the flashable zip and installed it on my TMo GS3. Works fine. PhotoSphere heated up the phone a bit. Had the Camera crash taking a regular photo. That's about it thus far, but I really havent had a chance to properly test ad nauseum.

I installed the Android 4.2 Camera + Keyboard bundle and both are working well except for one issue. I cant take and view the sphere photos, but sometimes I get the camera app freezing or not opening. I have two cameras installed and I'm thinking maybe it's good to have only one?

Main app thread has a nice post with maps, Google+, camera and gallery that can be used to upload to maps.

The reason why it force closes is because you can't normally take a picture with just hitting the button you have to to
Tap the screen (manually focus) then wait for it to focus and hit button. Everything works properly when doing that. So basically manual focus every time is needed
I don't see the stop button whenever I use the Photo Sphere or Panoramic mode. I'm running PA 2.52.
Works great on my S3 with Serenity 1.2 ROM thanks to that awesome guy DG ... sphere shot is amazing and keyboard is great thanks...

Like sarani84 says, before you hit the capture button tap the screen to manually focus and than take the picture. Everything works for me on AOKP M1 with mikeramsay's apk.

I have this camera working well. It comes on xquizits jb rom v40. It works great! And it has its own separate gallery also. Very stable, fast rom.

How do you fix permissions? I have my photo sphere working, but when I take a picture with flash, app freezes.

Anyone else having an issue installing Swiftkey_Flow_Public_Beta_4.0.0.54.apk ? Download goes well but install page doesn't "function"...meaning, the install page for Swiftkey Flow Beta opens, but the Install button is inactive. Hitting "Cancel" or "Show All" works fine...
I've disabled all anti-virus (ex. Avast, Lookout, etc) and install from Unknown Sources is allowed.

I'm running the newest Jedi X6.1.2 with the Perseus A29 kernel and I've only found three issues I haven't been able to fix, yet...
First, and not a deal breaker, is that I can't take a picture using voice commands. I downloaded the S-Voice addon, but that didn't work. I looked through the rest of the addons, but didn't see anything else that looked like it would fix the issue.
Second, if I receive a text message with a picture attached, I can't open the picture from the message like I used to do. It tries to open QuickPic (the app I use to manage all my pics), but it instantly closes and goes back to the text message. I basically have to download the picture and then view it in QuickPic.
Last, I can't directly attach a picture to a text. When I click the attach button, it gives me the option to attach a new pic, but not an existing one. However, I can go into QuickPic and attach it from there, but that's annoying.
Could it be that the Jedi ROM is messing with QuickPic and causing all of this? Any insight would be great!

I just went into Titanium Backup and restored the gallery. All problems with the texts are fixed. But still can't take a picture using voice. Like I said though, not a deal breaker. Still love this ROM. Thanks for the picture though. It gave me the idea to go back and try getting the gallery back. Cheers! And merry Christmas!

No you'll have duplicates. I have CM 10.1 and I deleted the CM gallery.
I just flashed this and now neither of my cameras or gallery's will connect. Is there a way to uninstall it?

from what ive searched and found around the xda site is, you need to tap the screen to focus every time before you take a picture or you will get camera lock ups and can not connect to camera. if you have gotten that message, just reboot your phone and remember to tap the screen before every picture taken.
The back camera works fine. I have to do the whole tapping the screen to focus before taking the picture thing, but thats not much of a problem. But if I take a picture with the front facing camera, it reboots my phone and obviously does not save the picture. Anyone know a way to solve this?
(I'm running 4.2.2 Illusion ROM for SGS3)
Install omega rom. Indie has modded them and photo sphere is working without any problems. You dont even neet to tap to focus before each photo. When you install omega be sure to select the 4.3 camera option in aroma installer
