Can someone post a link to the stock 4.0.4 rooted firmware?

Noob question, is this normal?

I was rooted and running jedi master 11 rom then updated to 4.1.2 and flash through mobile odin. Right now im runing on stock rom. Just curious is this normal.

With upgraded firmware is it safe to change roms like to flash package man rom?
