Go to About device, keep clicking on android version. A screen will pop up with a jelly bean on it. Long press on it, and it will pop up.

They call it an easter egg. You can do it with ICS & GB too.

I have a trick for getting this if you can't get it.... Once in jellybeans lock screen and open 5 times should show up as it jumbles up the beans....

If you did not "create" it, it should not be in development. And anyway jelly am is illegal on xda so this get taken down for sure regardless of where you post it
