Accuweather s4 100% Transparent

Im searching the Accuweather of S4 and 100% transparent. I tryed a lots of mods but or i cant see the widget in the list or dont works...
Anyone can help me plz?.

I'm using it now, copy the apk to System/app replace and give it correct permissions R,R,R,W. reboot and put widget on your screen.

I reflashed my stock kernel odex + root and format data for restore factory system.
Later, i flashed the v4 and isnt transparent.
And now i did that you said and nothing appear i have the same widget that v4 is strange.

I dont think v4 is transparent, look for 100% transparent one. V4 is the final updated version.

I created a zooper widget with a clock. The clock is stuck at 3:37 when it should be the current time. How do I fix this?
