What is "cloudagent" as it is taking up 2.4 gb of storage and can I delete it..?

It is related to the gallery app, clear it by going to settings, apps, all apps and clear data in galery.. You can disable it and use quick pick from Play.
It's Dropbox sync. Had the same problem initially, it decided everything in my Dropbox should be saved for offline viewing. Check your sync settings.

I Also had the same problem, I worked out that when I had drop box uploading every photo I took, it also kept a copy of it, so it was using double the amount of space on the phone, I was told of an app called dropsnap, it uploads the photos you take but doesn't keep a store of them. Its a great app and there is a free trial on the market.

Open gallery, press menu, view by and select the one you want.
Did that. But every time I go back into gallery it defaults to showing them again.

If you log in on your computer you can see all your g+ albums and photos from posts. You can manually delete them there. That's the only solution I can find

Disable picasa and google photos under google sync. Then clear data for the gallery app.

Can't find the picasa and google photos under sync..
Settings -> Accounts -> Google -> *****@gmail.com -> Uncheck what you do not wish to sync.
That doesn't get rid of the ones in your gallery
Edit: un checking sync and clearing gallery data worked. Thank you.

Anyway to get rid of facebook from gallery? I unchecked "sync gallery" under accounts and cleared gallery data but facebook keeps loading in gallery. Any ideas?

What will happen is I delete the "temp" album in gallery?
So I'm trying to sign in to my instagram account but it says It has been disabled which isn't true. My brother logged into his instagram through my phone and decided to upload an obscene picture and got banned. Now that I'm trying to log in I can't but my profile is still active. I have clear cache, dalvik caché and even reinstalled the rom. I read somewhere that instagram creates a type of key file gets stored somewhere. Any ideas?

So I think I have a solution in case this ever happens to anyone else. I had to look for the original Instagram apk. 1.1.1. Logged in with no trouble than just let Play Store update instagram

Since I started storing music in an external as the stock music app is not working correctly. When I open library in folder view the songs names are duplicates. Only one of the song names is actually music and during playback the player will stop every time it reaches a name without music.

Music Player>app info>force stop>clear data.
If that does not work, then...
Settings>storage>unmount ... >remount>reboot
There must be a better solution. I had this problem and when I put the card into my laptop, the laptop showed the duplicates as well!
Sent from my SGH-T989 using xda app-developers app
I tried the tips but ended up with the duplication increasing from 3 to 4. By the way my music app doesn't have the app info-force stop-clear data menu. I had to access it through applications menu.

Formet SD card and retransfer music. Or first try to unmount and mount sd card

Settings, Apps, all, media storage, clear data, reboot, profit.

There is an app called Duplicate Song Deleter. I used it and it worked like a charm!
Actually this kind of worked. I hope the problem isn't coming back. Settings, apps, all, media storage, clear data, reboot.

No it didn't work. After a second reboot all the duplicates were back. I will format sd and see what happens.

Did you delete them from your Picasa album?
Yeah turned off Picasa in google sync disabled the picasa upload app and google+ app and i finally got rid of it by going to settings application then all apps and cleared the gallery app after a couple of times it finally deleted them
Sent from my SPH-L710 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Its bullsh*t that you cant delete them like every other picture i had to fully wipe my gallery app in settings and delete everything
Sent from my SPH-L710 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
All I did was go to Picasa and delete the pics I didn't want to keep.
Thats what i did but they was still in my gallery
Sent from my SPH-L710 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Actually once you delete them in Picasa they are deleted, at that point you would have resync the device so that it syncs with the app and updates that you deleted the pictures. Then they would dissappear from your gallery.
The reason you could not delete them from the gallery is that those pictures are not actually on your device but on the cloud. They are merely represented in the gallery because you synced it. Once you delete them from Picasa they would have deleted automatically from your gallery once synced.
Have a great day!
Hi Friends,
My email app is occupying Alot of internal storage, close to 640mb, although my exchange mailbox hardly has that many emails. I'd there a way to clean this up?

Weird
Hmm try going through /android/data/ on your sdcard and try finding the email app folder and deleting what takes all your memmory
Also before you do that , force stop the app first, may break it
Also have you tried wiping data and cache for the app, that could fix it
There may be some other ways to fix but im not to sure
Sent from my LT26i using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Well clearing cache doesn't bring any change. When I go to app menu, I see email app showing 640Mb as Data On device, and I can't use clear data button.
Do we need root access to locate email app folder, as ES file explorer doesn't show any folder for this.
