Thats right, they said week 50, and thats this week.
But most likely they will need 1 or more weeks...
I have a backup of my vodap102 German version.
So i only need to:
1. Flash the backup through the recovery.
2. Flash the boot.img with fastboot from the backup.
3. Flash the stock recovery - but i don't know which one i have to take.
Stock recovery - which should i take ??

After you booted the nandroid back up go check settings - info and check what version it is. I think its the 2.17.***.** recovery you need.

Thank you buddy for this information.
I know it's logical that the versions have to match and you will find it in the settings tab, however i wanted to know it correctly, as it isn't mentioned so far as it will only work with the matching version.
HTC Devices are quite confusing, but also a lot of fun browsing through XDA, especially if S-Off isn't achieved... :cyclops:

And what about using RUU?
I bought my HOX already unlocked, and debranded, with a custom ROM inside. No nandroid whatsoever.
Instead, I have downloaded RUU.
What is the exact process to prepare for JB update?
If the phone was bought from Vodafone it is still branded. You sure can run the RUU to get back to stock to receive the OTA update. That is all you need to do.

Thanks for the reply, mate. As simple as that?
Like said HERE?
Relock bootloader, and after reboot (while in fastboot) run RUU.
boot.img, and recovery.img are parts of the RUU?
It's great!
Please everyone, post here when VODAP102 JB is out!
Hi Guys
When you get your update (hopefully won't be too long) can u let us know in the thread below:

Stock RUU ICS for CID Vodap_102
Hi there,
Since starting this thread I have a question/suggestion:
Could somebody please place a good working link to the stock RUU and the needed boot.img when coming from Custum ROM.
Before flashing Jelly Bean and coming from this thread it is more easy then looking and searching around with still doubting about the correct RUU and boot.img. This will also reduce a lot of questions in this thread I believe.
As you guess I am one of the persons who can not find the correct files on a good link .
Thank you all.
Regards,
Rob

Hi everybody.
Does someone know the link for the T-Mobile RUU, 1.26.110.5?
On the web I can just find the 110.2.
I think in order for some of us to get the T-Mobile OTA, we need the 110.5.
Or does anybody know if the OTA only looks at CID and IMEI numbers?
So is it Rom independent as long as we have a 1.26.110.x rom?
Just cause after downgrading from ARHD I am not getting the OTA on my device which is a bummer..
Thanks all... much appreciated

I think the OTA depends on your CID. I haven't seen the RUU 1.26.110.5
My software version is 1.26.110.5 and my phone is saying there is an update but everytime i try it just fails.
I have an unlocked bootloader but not root.
do i have to re-lock my bootloader to update or is there another way

We've got the official update as a zip now, but because a lot of us actually have 110.2 as base rom, it is not working.
So if anyone can post a link for the 110.5 base, that would be great..
Its interesting how the RUU we have 110.2 doesn't receive the OTA updates, I wonder if it is a test RUU instead of the actually released 110.5. Even if this is the case, it begs the question, why has no one got the 110.5 RUU yet?
Did you have any luck with the OTA on top of the 110.2 RUU?
Thanks

It might be worth checking the Q&A section, there's about one post per day asking how to return to stock and half of those are so that an OTA can be received. Your problem is not unique.
You just have to grab the stock recovery, flash it (same as you did with cwm, just a different file), fastboot oem lock, apply update, job done.

I don't think that relocking the bootloader is needed. All I'm doing is to flash the stock recovery that matches your ROM version. Relocking the bootloader is needed for RUU.
The 'stock' recovery isn't RUU-dependent - it's the same one in all RUUs

Why don't you just wait for a ROM to be based on the new update and use Clockworkmod to flash it ? You then wouldn't have to worry about re-unlocking, re-rooting etc.

Yes and please do not forget to backup the original JB rom before you root and put a custom rom .... so you can go back to stock at any time, there is no RUU available yet to get it back to stock at the moment.

How to find a ruu is for every cid number the same process ! And this process has been covered millions of times in the Q&A.there are also clear guides in the dev thread under stickies. It should be mandatory to read them before continuing.
Don't know what else to say about it !
I started out with an unlocked and unrooted Vodafone France branded HOX (CID VODAP203) with S-ON running stock ICS.
Foolishly, I assumed I needed to update the HBOOT in order to receive the official Jellybean upgrade. So I downloaded the appropriate firmware.zip from here and flashed it using fastboot. That procedure completed successfully, and the phone rebooted.
Since then, it has been stuck at the Beats Audio screen, which is what I suppose is called a "bootloop".
I tried using the correct RUU from htcruu.com, but that throws up an error about the wrong HBOOT version. I can't reproduce the message exactly; there is insufficient charge to try again.
I had HBOOT 0.43 before; after flashing, I have 1.36. Is there any way out of the bootloop? I don't mind wiping the phone.
Any help at all will be greatly appreciated! :cyclops:

Hello everyone,
I have an international HTC One X with CID HTCCN701, and I would like to install CM10.1.
I am not a noob , and I have already installed a Jelly Bean ROM after unlocking. However, I am currently on hboot version 1.12 S-ON Unlocked, and I could not find a hboot that is for my CID which fits the requirements (Version 1.28 or higher)
Moreover, though I know how to flash hboot, it would be great if anyone can provide a method to update hboot without changing the present ROM, recovery, and data on the device.
Thank you!
P.S. Please do not tell me to search; I cannot find a firmware here for HTCCN701
