Please have a read in the Dev section (http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-zl/orig-development).
You will find all the info you need. I would point you to the exact thread, but I am too lazy......jk lol.....different versions of firmware require somewhat different approaches (all very simple).

My firmware is unbranded germany ... But because I was bored to wait for Android 4.3 I installed the firmware via flashtool 10.4.B.0.569 Baltic. Given that output already 10.4.1.B.0.101 germany I would like the file so the FTF via flashtool install and carry everything as it was ... I hope qulcuno can help me?

I am on my way to create and upload the ftf. I have only 6mbit upload so it takes some time.
