I've been complaining about not having it for too long to not at least give it a chance. I've still got my Nexus 4 for the rooted stuff.
Used up my device limit so it doesn't work anyway. Have emailed Sky to complain and reset my limit for this month..... Lol

It doesn't work on my nexus7 3G ...
It requires a data connection even if it's actually on... Tried both with 3G and wi-fi...

if you have superuser there is a option called "temp unroot", for now I don't have root on nexus but on galaxy s2 this option work! :good:
I tried Voodoo OTA Root keeper app to temporarily unroot but it didn't work.

Tried that this morning, doesn't work. Didn't work on One X either.
It installs for me but says I need to be connected and takes me to my wifi settings. Of course I'm online.
Wth is Sky Go anyway?

Well, what I do is I download the latest apk from the Whatsapp site, and I uninstall the old apk and install the new one using the Appguard method. So basically nothing very difficult, but not as convenient as a simple update.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda premium
How do you download the apk? It directs me to the market and I can't download as my device is incompatible. Thanks for any info.

Is there any pingu lover here?
I really love to have this live wall paper BETWEEN×PINGUライブ壁紙.
http://www.androidpit.com/en/android/market/apps/app/between.pingu.livepingu01/BETWEEN-PINGU
but it is already removed from google play already
is there any one who can give me an apk?
If not, i would appreciate if anyone can teach me to extract the apk from an unrooted phone. I have seen the live wall paper in my friend's phone. It is not in the app list so i cannot share the app in bump, and cannot extract using the 'extract apk' app.
Many thanks in advance for any possible solution!!!!!

Thanks but I tried both google and yahoo already. They all link back to google play but the app is removed from Play sometime ago.
If no one has an apk for me, i will try to extract the app from my friend's phone by using airdroid. I am not sure it will work or not because the app is not in the app drawer and app list.
Titanium backup will do the job nicely
Or es file manager

her phone is not rooted. can anyone confirm that it will work?
the phone is not in my hands yet, but when i get it i will try 2 different methods which are most likely able to do the job. Not going to bother my friend too much.
If its a free app then use 4shared.com

He's talking about this playstation.com/psm/index_e.html it's only for HTC and Sony phones officially.
I've gotten it to work no problems. I have not downloaded anything yet, have not seen anything free. If you need the files let me know.

if you could send me the files that would be great, much appreciated.
First install the apk, then you need to reboot to recovery and install zip after you wipe cache. Reboot device, run PSM ( the PlayStation app) and it will tell you it needs update, click ok. Now you should have a functional PlayStation store.
Edit: having a little trouble getting download link.

Hi Friends and Bros...
Here's the most simple method to install Whatsapp (Version : 2.9.1035 on ur nexus 7 GSM model only) ..
Jus check the bottom of the post.., there'll be an apk file..
Jus Download & Install that Whatsapp.apk file..
Done.!!
Register with any GSM Number that u have inserted on any other mobile to receive the code from the whatsapp
or
Register even the micro-sim that u hav put in ur nexus 7 already (if only; you have installed "messaging.apk", u'll be able to receive the code in nexus).. ..
Have Attached the screenshots too... .
Anyone tried..??
If any doubt further, Feel Free to ask me....!!!

Isn't yours a 3g nexus? Because its the WiFi nexus that people are having the problems with. Whatsapp installs easily on the nexus 3g. Although I've got it installed on my wifi only n7 fairly easily a few times now, its not as difficult as some people are making out.
