How to root Xperia 2011 ICS 4.0.4 without unlocking bootloader?

1. flash 4.0.4 ftf
2. flash 4.0.3 kernel (ftf)
3. root as 4.0.3
4. flash 4.0.4 kernel (ftf)
done!
Test OK on my arc.

Did it need exploit?

Download CM10, because CM10.1 for Arc isn't officially supported by FXP.
And codename for Arc/Arc S is Anzu. You will need that also.
