I honestly cannot figure out what you are asking. RAM and battery are both hardware and cannot be increased. You can buy a backup battery and swap it out if you want.
Maybe try mugen power 1500mah battery..

Go to the service guys. I m told they can increase the size of the ram by putting some other chip. As for the battery, buy Mugen 1500 math one.

It's the same. Just the build structure is different. The chemistry is the same.
Flat li-ion batteries(as opposed to round) are li-ion-polymer. Like the ones in phones.
I'd lean toward the app being wrong before the battery being different than advertised.

Oh my lord.
It's the correct info.
It is a li-ion battery. Polymer is just the structure.
Just google mate.
Li po & Li ion batteries are basically the same as they are both Li ion the difference is in the build of the batteries as described here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithium-ion_polymer_battery

Which one should I go with? I'm choosing between the hyperion 2200mah and anker 2200mah both now come with nfc. The hyperion is cheaper by $2 but if anker.quality is better I'll go with anker. What's the consensus around here?
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda app-developers app
Anker hands down no question. I have bother and the Anker lasts around 40% longer
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
Anker
it is advertised as 3.8V while hyperion as 3.7. Stock battery is 3.8V
I'm not sure if hyperion is actually 3.7 or not, but my anker battery displays 3.8 on the back.
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
The hyper ion is 3.8 mah as well but I might just go with anker after all. Amy busy have good reviews for the hyperion over anker?
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda app-developers app
I have Hyperion and its pretty good, I haven't tried the anker. I like how the Hyperion backplate doesn't look weird

thanks but I'm only interested in the 2200mah one, so backplate looks won't be a problem. Anyways I guess I'm going with an Anker.
Thanks
