[Q] Looking for stock firmware I747UCLI5 - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

Hello all.
I have updated to Jelly Bean on my device, it has caused for quite a bit of issues. I want to go back to my previous firmware, so I am looking for stock firmware I747UCLI5 (AT&T firmware) specifically. In the stock thread I didn't see it there and I don't have enough posts to reply. I tried searching around the forums, but if I missed it please point me to it.
If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

I have looked at that thread as indicated by my original post, I did look at samfirmware.com, it does not have that firmware. =( Which is why I was posting in case someone knew of a good and safe location for it. It's firmware that Samsung started flashing newer devices before JB was released that included some fixes including for battery life. It was working very very well for me.
*EDIT* Found it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1965691

Stock rooted Jellybean...a little help finding it, please

Hey guys. I'm wanting to flash back to stock for a bit, but I'm having trouble finding the file I'm looking for. I thought I had it saved, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
Anyway, can someone direct me to where I can get the file for STOCK ROOTED JELLYBEAN for AT&T? I've looked all through the stickies, but I can't seem to find that thread that was posted around the time AT&T released the update to Jellybean (there was a pre-rooted stock jellybean file that you could just flash in recovery).
Can someone help me out? Thanks! :good:
you looked at the stickies, but did you search? anyway, here. should have what you need.

Thanks. I appreciate that.
Yeah, I searched, but for the life of me I couldn't remember what the thread was called. Thanks again.

[Q] Why won't i9505G TAR work, and where do I post a bounty?

So I noticed, in the i9505G Android development forum, that there are flashable Odin TARs for 4.2.2, and 4.3. I was really hoping there'd be a a TAR for the M919 that makes it indistinguishable from the i9505G. I'm currently running a 4.3 ROM, but it's not quite the same.
In all of the i9505G Odin threads, it says it won't work on an M919, but it doesn't say why. What exactly are we waiting for?
If I were to start a bounty, would it be worth my time, would other people contribute, and where would I do it?
Believe the partitions are different and a bootloader.

Same exact question being asked, one link has the reason as to WHY this wouldn't work. Yours is unique in the sense that you want to start a bounty, but other than that, all I did was look at page 1 and copy the threads, and then I typed "i9505g" into the magical search bar... There are more that can be found with a little bit more intensive searching, but you get the point.

I've already looked at all of those posts. All they say is you can't repartition. I did some more searching last night, and found that you can't because you need files signed by Samsung, and that program doesn't exist yet?
Still wondering where the best place to post a bounty would be. Couldn't find one of those.

Because that tar file will attempt to flash the radio and they are incompatible.

[Q] Where can I find the stock ROM for the AT&T S3?

As the title says. I've already searched through these threads, but none of the links work. I just need stock, not rooted or anything special.

Anyone? I've looked here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2343223 and here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1968625 and here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1737848 but none of these links work in these threads.
If you want the stock 4.3 AT&T ROM that can be flashed via Odin, you're out of luck.
If you want an earlier version, try sammobile.

Audit, I recall (last week or so) you posted a link to a thread that contained download links for all stock firmware for the i747. Would you be kind enough to resend this link. Thanks
Haoleflip, it would depend on what stock firmware you are looking for. If you mean the 4.3JB, then the one posted in the following thread by senior contributor enewman remains the best available:

Is it this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1739426 ?
I've used this in the past and it was the only one that seem to work. knox or no knox.
I hope this helps.

This link has everything also consolidated:

And finally, this link is the one-way ticket to restore back to factory settings:

If you're looking for a stock un-rooted-fresh out of the box experience, I would definitely consider the last link.
*Remember to hit thanks to any of these guys' post if they work for you.

Noob trying to flash Kitkat on T-mo S2

Hey guys. Coming from Win-mo where everything is just straight forward so this stuff is pretty new. I am trying to find a Kitkat rom for my T-mo S2. I can't seem to find any threads specifically talking about branded phones.
Can anyone help me out here? Info
The phone isn't rooted and on stock jellybean 4.1.2.
If you can direct me to some step by step threads or even better actually telling me what to do step by step it'd be appreciated. Thank you.
I presume you have a SGH T-989 ? If so, you're in the wrong place, your thread belongs here. I've asked mods to move your thread, sit tight until they do.
Yeah I realized that after I posted, I just couldn't figure out what the differences were. Thank you for the help.

Cyanogenmod 11 runs Kit Kat. You can download it from the official page. As for the actual flashing, you need to have root and the latest Clockworkmod installed, as I have read about some issues if you try to flash it with other custom recoveries or older versions of it.
You don't need to root. Just flash the recovery and flash the rom. The rom itself is rooted. If you want to root your stock rom flash the su zip in recovery

Go to CM's website and use the built in installer.
Also you need to report your post so it can be moved to the sprint s3 area so you can get users familiar with your device to help you. This area is for the international i9300 and anything you flash or instructions you follow from here will brick your phone as you need to perform more steps first before you can get underway.
