How do you install Triangle Away?? - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note II

I downloaded the zip but it doesn't have an apk file so I tried to flash it as a zip and it fails. It is called TriangleAway-v2.37.zip
When I open it I have these files
assets
META-INF
res
AndroidManifest.xml
classes.dex
resources.arsc
I've searched like crazy but cannot figure this one out. If it IS here and I missed it, I'm sorry.
Help please

I'm not sure where you downloaded but the apk is in the version of this thread

Am I supposed to do something with the param.tar zip???

I dunno what your problem is. There indeed is an apk attached to that post.

That's the one I downloaded...5X. Can't find any apk files only what I wrote above

Maybe just change the .zip extension to .apk. I dunno why it would have got changed but it is definitely on your end. I just downloaded it and I got an apk file and installed just fine.

I just dl and had no install problems

Did you open it on your computer and send it or did you send the zip file and extract it?/ This is crazy. I just loaded a dozen zips and had no issues, but this one is messing with me. I'll try firefox instead of IE

There isn't supposed to be any zips. It is just an apk file. If you got a zip that means your computer changed the extension to .zip for some reason. If you change it back to .apk, it will probably work.
And I just downloaded straight on my phone from the post.

Its just the apk when you dl

FINALLY!!!! I used Firefox and it had the app the first time!!!!
THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE!!!!!
Now if you could make some drivers that make my PC recognize my phone regularly, that would be great too........

Clearly, lol.
I was just stating that it would be awesome if it did work. And maybe one day our phones will be supported. If so, this would definitely be something to look out for.

Yeah I would love to see this available also..
In the mobile Odin thread on xda the developer needs sys dumps or something to make it work...the captivate works so it shouldn't be too hard for our phones to get implemented if he gets the right info..

In the OP of the original thread chainfire says in theory it can but it won't allow you to for personal safety. Repartitioning and flashing bootloaders on device are something which shouldn't be messed with.
Also if you install the mobile Odin apk and run it, it'll tell you to create a dump file to help make the application compatible with your device. So I suppose if you guys really want it that'd be a great place to start. Before it's too late or far down the road.

Oh trust me, I can care less lol. And I'm aware of the previous times, Xbox always mentioned it to me.
I just think people are hoping that it comes, it's a way for them to at least say they tried. Last time if I'm correct MTD was considered an issue though the fascinate itself is on MTD and supported.

By looking on the box maybe
Name of your phone appears during the boot. Check it there. Otherwise go to settings > about phone >
build/model number.

Galaxy sIII s memo on note II

My girlfriends Verizon SIII has a s memo Widget but the note II doesnt but it seems like it Should because of the Spen. So is there a way to get it on my note 2 or is it like Verizon exclusive or s3 exclusive?
First questions go in Q (uestions) & A (nswers)
Second S note is the notes version of S Memo and is designed specifically to work with the S pen
I like to break stuff!

Key Lime Pie Firmware info

In 2011, 2012 and this year Samsung brought plenty of Android devices. Today we received, through our insider the first pre-list about upcoming Android updates from the Korean giant. Samsung will update the Galaxy S II and Note to Android 4.2.2 but this will be the last update for these devices. This means the Galaxy S II and Note received an update from 2.3.6 to 4.0.4 to 4.1.2 and will stop at Android version 4.2.2. Google is the only OEM which gives so many updates to its devices but Samsung is doing the same now. Below is the list of devices, which will receive the Android 4.2.2 update from Samsung.
But there is more according to the first pre-list, Samsung will only update 5 devices to Android 5.0, which is not yet announced by Google but is expected to be announced at the upcoming Google IO. The devices which will be getting the Android 5.0 update are the Galaxy S III, Galaxy S4, Note II, Note 8.0 and Note 10.1. Our insider finished with saying that plenty of MID-range Android devices of 2012 / 2013 will also receive a value pack update. Samsung did this before with the first generation of Galaxy devices.
