the ROM was great, fluid, had many choice to customize, and just 80mb's worth to try and it works with forfivo kernel. this is my daily driver now
Anyone can tell me what is the difference between this and ARCO's cm10?

wohooo finally we get a true slim rom :good:
you're the man cam :good:
just one quick question to camcory: you dveloping for three devices if I'm not wrong, S+, Wonder and exhibit 4G. and you actively developing PACMAN, PA, CM10 for galaxy exhibit, and now slimbean. where your recognized developers tag?
You're really great!

he even maintains 4 roms for exhibit. i agree that camcory should get recognized developer tag for maintaining 10 roms
Off Topic, but camcory, you should really go here http://www.xda-developers.com/recognized-developer-program/
The Recognized Developer title is the least you deserve for everything you do on this Forum!

i agree with hotheabilly and the other, you should get the 'Recognize Developers' tag
Just wondering how does this compare to Arco's CM10?
Wow. Another rom from camcory?
Nicely done

@littledoggy
i cant really give you a real view of the diffrence since i ve been playing with it for only 3 hours but my first impressions are that this one is smoother and apps launch considerably faster and you feel that its lite somehow ! as for gaming i haven't tried yet ill report later ! but on cm10 subway surfers was so laggy ...
And now on topic: installed everything with no problem, boots, everything I've tested (calls, SMS, Wi-Fi, Google Play, 3G Data.. whatever) works fine, just as camcory stated.
I'm not going to use Antutu or that kind of bull**** because... well, it's bull****
Thanks for the awesome port, camcory!

yes, where is the difference?
I think that CM10 is so good and fluid already and since Sir.Arco is working so hard to improve this ROM I think CM10 is definitely good enough to be my daily driver.^^

If you can wait a day or two, bbelos will soon be releasing a tool that allows you to run CM9 entirely from the internal EMMC as described on this page. This allows you to leave your Samsung ROM intact, and to reboot temporarily into CWM, boot fakeCWM which allows you to install install/upgrade CM9 nightly zips into a separate location, then you flash another .zip to boot CM9.

Part of being in this experimental community is trying things yourself. Make a nand. Flash It. If you don't like it flash back. Folks are getting lazier and lazier around here. Something that works on one phone may not work on yours.

My feedback. Running the 08.24 built. Everything is smooth. Good battery life, about 3.5 hours. I am trying trinity kernel now. The only lag I experience is on lockscreen targets. I have as custom target the Messaging and it takes about 3 seconds to open it from lockscreen.
I hope we can have screenshoot option in Power menu too.

Toggles on demand
Hey guys. I did a search and couldn't find any info. I remember in the ics aokp we could hide the toggles and only have them show up on deman by pressing the settings icon. Is this feature implemented yet on JB? I really like having toggles show up when you need it or even have them in a separate tab.

loving this rom using with trinity kernel and everything is going smoothly love aokp
has anyone noticed more battery drain using this ROM vs CM10 or AOSP ROM's. I love how smooth it is, love teh added features and it doesn't seem to bog down after a few days like CM10 does, but it seems to go through the battery much quicker. Maybe I'm nuts.
Does anyone know if there's any plan to separate the ringer and notification volumes like CM10 has done? This was such a terrible move on Google's part.

From all 4.4 rom for SGS i like this - fast and with features. But the only thing - why does the dark ui makes notification slide line blue o.o
thanks a lot for the wonderful rom
edit : want to report that battery drain is extremely high... but very snappy and multi tasking is wonderful...
edit 2: this battery drain is due to media storage which is continuously scanning... to check this i made an odin flash of GB and installed this but still the same... please have a look...

Excellent Rom. I came from Mackay 4.1.3 which is super smooth and I thought would be hard to beat, but this Rom is equally as good. I think Mackay has a slight edge due to it's Low Ram settings, but that aside there is very little difference between the two.
For a first build for the SGS I9000 this Rom is very impressive and I look forward to future builds.
Well done to the Dev and Thank You.
Noticed some of ringtones are duplicated andromeda, canis major, hydra, perseus. Also ursaminor and ursa minor (separated) both are playing differently so guess that is the way it should be.
This ROM + CyanoCore kernel = Extra fast, extra fats, extra smooth :] Looks like stock Cm11 but works 10x better than newest nightly with also CyanCore kerne :]
