i just need the contents of the system/etc/firmware folder and not the whole ftf
cannot extract either as i do not have access to any computer right now

I'm not sure what are you trying to accomplish but use ES File Explorer or similar.

I would think you need root then you would be able to extract what you want.
I don't know how you would root the p you can try the easy root methods.

Find a program that can open an .img file, then you should be able to extract the files. Unfortunately I don't know of any for you.

Hello, recently i have flashed the 6.2.B.1.96 FW, on my Acro S.
but to my amazement i found another file somewhere which is smaller than the one which i had downloaded.
I had got a 769MB file but this one was 486MB,
Could anyone please tell me whats the correct file size for the proper firmware.

What is "System Dump" mean? Directly dumped from device? or dumped from SUS folder and bundled with flashtool? in other word it .ftf formated.

It's all the files in the /system/ folder so it contains all stock apps such as semcmusic.apk (walkman player).

Yes but make sure that the device your that the device is compatible with the file/apk auch as it has to be HDPI and be on Jelly Bean 4.2.2.
